Had UT student go in for brake work. Travis checked it out and advised she was fine and didn’t need anything for a few more thousand miles. He topped off her oil, replaced a bulb and sent her on her way. Very much appreciated the care and attention.

We were visiting from out of town when the sidewall of our tire was punctured, we called the store and they got us in right away and made it so we could get home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was visiting my daughter while away at college and her car needed repair. I made an appointment online on Sunday evening for Monday morning. I was immediately greeted when I walked in to the store. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, professional and helpful. After checking out the issue he provided me with a very reasonable quote for the repair. The waiting area was clean and free wifi was provided while I waited. My car was repaired quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend Free Service Tire and Auto Center in Knoxville. My experience was 5 stars!

Dip stick tip was broken off by mechanic and was in the oil pan. Had to return for new dipstick and oil change and tip was found. Also compromised 5-30 oil was used in lieu of the manufacturer indicated 5-20 weight. My time and gas money was wasted. Should have not happened.

I had a Groupon. They charged more shop fees on top of the Groupon fee. I had tire rotation, they said they rotated them when I watched the entire time and they never did. Then they said they topped off all fluids and they did not. I checked and made them come out and top off the fluids. I will not be back.

Travis is by far the best around. I wouldn't take any of our vehicles anywhere else. He is very professional and to the point. Super friendly as well. Everyone is the shop is awesome as they always get the job done right.

We had a screw in tire and leaking while passing through on I-40. Screw was completely in the tread and 1” from side wall. This place refused to plug or patch it. They would only sell me a $300 tire. We went just down the street to Affordable Tires and they patched it no problem for cheap.

Great service in a clean shop with a good waiting area. They have been servicing my vehicles for many years and whenever there has been an issue, usually warranty on tires, they are ready to assist me in resolving whatever issue I bring to them. Always accommodating in short notice, but better to have an appointment.

The crew here helped us through a time sensitive bind we were in. I was helping my daughter move out of city when her car started making some obnoxious road noise. We were under a time crunch and Free Service got us in, evaluated the issue and a set of wheel bearings later, got us back on the road the same day. The customer service through the entire process was super friendly and professional. Thank y'all! PS. The car sounds amazing now.

Weeks ago, I went in to have a fuel pump replaced on my 2006 Avalanche. Travis and his crew did their job and we paid them. However, I had to return again the next week when the engine light came on again and the code was the same. Travis and his crew looked at it again and replaced the gas cap. Then another week goes by and the engine light and code again return. Travis and his crew went to work again this time keeping the truck for a whole week and realizing that they accidently crushed/broke a fuel line when dropping the gas tank. Not only did they fix everything, he owned it! And not charging us anything for their mistake, I find this kind of integrity of work rare. Thanks Travis & Crew!

Great experience! See Travis for excellent customer service. Walked in with a bad trailer wheel and a good spare trailer wheel. I handed him both wheels. He swapped the good tire on the bad wheel to the spare wheel which had a bad tire and had me back on the road in no time.

I don't do reviews very often. Their service, professionalism, products, and personal care for the individual customer is extraordinary. Example of products: I got a set of Michelin tires from them last year. Out of the blue, last month. Someone, approached me, asking me about my tires, telling me, what a good looking tire I had on my truck. Example of service: They advise me of % of of wear on my brakes. Example of professionalism : Explained here. Hopefully. I have busy life and schedule. I may go elsewhere from time to time for a simple oil change. IF.... I need service that I feel.... Needs or Deserves, special attention. These are my go to people

I had the AC worked on in my 2007 Murano. $300. The next day it was hot again, I took it back and they charged me another 1400 on top of that! It isn't even that cold, i should have done some research! Never again!!
