Great service. I have been using Firestone for years and after the manager telling me he didn’t know what to tell me, there was not anything wrong with my tire although I had to put air in it every week. Free Service located the leak and promptly repaired it. Courteous and professional.

What an amazing customer service and very loyal to the business the guy is out of town for training the employee is great and very humbel person the manager also deal with customer politely so far i visited first time there i had a really good experience I recommend to all this place

Went here yesterday I don’t kno how they are still in business charging $267 for one tire ! I’ll go to Walmart $105 And just as good !!!!

I bought a tire which started disintegrating before a month had elapsed. I had also gotten an oil change and discovered today that the oil plug and pan were stripped. I have been to other Free Service Tire Centers and gotten wonderful service. This experience has soured me on the entire company and I would recommend that you go anywhere else!

Company is not honest and does not disclose the actual cost of your service until they already start the work on your vehicle.

Just don’t. Took 3 hours to replace one tire on spouse’s SUV (even had a scheduled appointment) after they refused to plug it and even put the wrong model tire on it. They stated they had her exact model tire in stock online and in person. She was so exhausted with the high pressure tactics to replace all tires that she didn’t even notice until today. Also her other 3 tires look suspiciously worse now. What are the chances she was ripped off? The other tires weren’t rotated so something is off here.

I was put in a really bad situation with a second hand car purchase and they helped me so much with diagnosing and figuring out my next steps. As a young female, I felt respected and heard. Definitely a good place for women to go.

This place is a joke!!! How can they schedule appointments and know they only have 2 employees. The guy working the desk was nice but this place is unprofessional!! My time is valuable and they just wasted a lot of my time!!!!!

I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it right away! Firestone claimed they could not get me in for four days. I will never go to Firestone again. I am now a Free Service Tire customer for life. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations!

Scheduled my appointment online. They got me in fast, and out in just under an hour and a half with 4 new tires balanced, aligned, and an oil change. Great service!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job getting my 225/60R16 Tire replaced with a new one on my rim today Iam very pleased with the customer service and quick in and out time. I will be back to do the other 3 tires ABSOLUTELY pleased and appreciate yall for making quick time for me this evening right before 6pm. Well thank you again to Howard and his tire man for getting me in and out quick this morning 2/2/2024 after I got another flat and had to call the TDOT help truck. A MAJOR THANK YOU to Howard and the crew for taking such great care of me and my impala and getting me in and out quick back on the road and being so friendly they are the only tire shop I will go to they are very trustworthy and reliable

Incredible customer service. We got a flat and weren’t able to get to the shop until 20 minutes after closing. They stayed open for us and had us out in 15 minutes. Kind, respectable, and understanding people. 10/10

This place saved us when we were on a roadtrip to TN to get a puppy. We were stuck trying to find somewhere open on a Saturday and luckily Free Service was able to help us patch our tire. The entire thing took 30 minutes and was incredibly inexpensive. I highly recommend Free Service Tire & Auto Centers to anyone in need of car help.

Took my car in to have it looked at about a coolant issue I was told that it was diagnosed but when I came to pick it up the car was in the same place I left it they argued with me that my problem was a hose, but I believed it was something larger so my husband replaced the hose and it is still overheating but the manager was rude and not very helpful at all. I had been there previously and they had a different manager who was amazing, wish he was still there.
