Ordered the wrong parts and tried to make us pay for it. Wrote in the paperwork that they told us about other issues not related to what we took the truck in for, but NEVER even mentioned those issues to us. This is the last time we will go here! Awful service!!! Response to Fremont's reply: We did not order the part directly from the parts department, YOU ORDERED THE PART! Once again your business takes no responsibility for their incompetence.

This would be the second car I have bought from Fremont, but they guys at service always took good care of me when I had an issue. Troy is one of the best sales men I’ve ever worked with. Got me into some fabulous vehicles for a great rate and awesome monthly payment. 10/10 recommended coming to Fremont motors in Rock springs.

Unfortunately I had a mechanical failure in Rock Springs, injector stuck open. Fortunately I got to know the good folks at Fremont Motor several years ago when I had a transmission problem. They went above and beyond the call of duty in getting me back on the road quickly and they treated me like family. This break down I had my truck towed in to them and met with Kristine Sell Service Manager her customer service skills are off the chart, she was on top of my repairs and kept me updated and treated me as if I was part of the family. I also had the pleasure dealing with three service advisors through out the repairs Mandy Shook, Lila Pacheco and Travis Poll. Whom ever is recruiting/training the front line in the service department has to be proud to have the staff that’s in place. They are awesome folks to deal with. I have a fleet of Ram trucks I’m out of Tennessee. If I was located in this area they would have all my service and repair work. It’s not every day everywhere you find this level of professionalism and quality of service and repairs. I’m a transporter and run all over the country. Obviously I’m in need of service and repairs all over and can tell you without hesitation this will be my go to place for service when in need if I’m anywhere near their geographical area. I was traveling across Wyoming when I noticed that my water pump was leaking on my 2017 Ram 3500 so I stopped in at Fremont Motor in the morning when they opened to see if they got a new water pump, they had one then I asked if they would be able to replace it, Lila checked with Shawn the technician he was able to get right on it ! They had me back on the road within 2 hours after I got there, absolutely Five star service! It was such a blessing and a breath of fresh air to find a dealer that cares about customers!! Thank You to the team at Fremont Motor Rock Springs CJDR you are awesome!! PS: they told me they wouldn’t be able to do that/ getting me in as quickly everytime / which is understandable but this time they were able to ! Thank You!!

While traveling through Wyoming I began to notice signs of a transmission leak on my Dodge Ram. I called Fremont Motors in Rock Springs, WY to see if it was at all possible to have it checked right away. Not only did the service staff take care of my issue, but they did so quickly and honestly, and I was back on the road in short order. Many thanks to Travis Poll, and especially Mark Shields, for their friendly and excellent service. If I lived anywhere near Rock Springs I would definitely use Fremont Motors in the future!
