Car broke down during a roadtrip on saturday. Was panicked but found this place nearby. They checked the car and the alternator needed to be replaced. Went to the zoo while they fixed up the car. Had me in and out in a fast and efficient time. The owner, Art, is a real stand up guy and professional.

I highly recommend Artur and Fresno Auto! I was in a total pinch on a Saturday afternoon and after calling at least a half a dozen other shops, Artur was able to squeeze us in and absolutely took care of us. He and his team were quick, thorough, professional, and generous. They stayed over 30 min after closing to finish up my truck. I’m so appreciative of Artur and would definitely take my truck back to him in the future.

If I had the opportunity to give more stars I would the mechanic is an honest and genuine guy I’d imagine with his sons as well I needed two rims with tires fixed and right when they’re about to close I called and asked for that favor and he still helped out so great shop to go to

Honest, fast, and fair. Art, the owner, is a stand-up man who puts a great deal of integrity and care into his business. It reflects in his staffs conduct and customer service. If I ever move, I’d travel here just to get my car serviced by their team. My car was driving and sounding like it did when I bought it 50k miles ago after bringing in a smoking engine making horrible noises. Better yet, they recommended optional follow-up care to get the most life out of my car, which was greatly appreciated from someone who doesn’t know anything about vehicles. No games, no toxic personalities, and no regrets!

Donald, always do a great job. Gets me in there and out of there quickly. The staff here always got smiles on there faces. Art is very good and deligent with his staff. I came for an oil change today and was out quickly.

Customer service is good, but they are CROOKS. I took in my 1989 Mitsubishi Mighty Max to get the Carburetor gas leak diagnosed. They said they couldn’t look at the carb without fixing a vacuum leak and wanted to charge me over $1000 after taxes to replace two hoses and a gasket. Ridiculous. They did not even diagnose the problem I took it to them for and still charged me over $180. I took it to an honest mechanic and he rebuilt the carb for me for less than $300 and fixed the problem I sent it to them for. Be careful if you are younger going to these crooks. They will try and take advantage of you.

This shop and it's manager (owner) are excellent. They saved our butt when we broke down in Fresno (we are from out of the area). The service was extremely friendly, the team is very fast and knowledgeable and you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

Arthur is great, very honest, will walk you through what he did/what the car needs. Prices are very fair and transparent. The only downside I can think of is that they are very busy so if you call for an update you might not hear back right away, but the car has never taken more than an over-night stay for diagnosis/fix. Overall really happy having a good mechanic within easy walking/biking distance of Tower.

Car had an emergency breakdown during our weekend trip to Fresno. The owner was extremely nice and stayed late on Saturday to get our car fixed so that we were able to come back home on Sunday. Highly recommend this place and really appreciate Arthur's help!!

Great service, went in with check engine light on and got it fixed a few days later being the part had to be ordered. Owner is very nice and knowledgeable.

Head mechanic is very nice but they charged me $185 to check my a/c, put dye for leak and refill freon. A/c went out the next day so when the source of the leak was discovered they quoted me almost $400 to replace the discharge line...I went to my usual mechanic (Reprius in Bakersfield) and paid $225.

Total life saver!! My thermostat went out as I was passing through Fresno, and I live in Sacramento. I pulled over and Googled diesel mechanic near me. I called two different shops and two mobile shops, and they all told me they were booked and can't get to me until next week. Then I noticed that Fresno Auto Center was only a mile away. I drove 5 mph to get there. I explained my situation, and they took me in, and a few hours later I was on my way home. THANK YOU THANK YOU VERY MUCH

they do a good job and in general a reliable place although my experience was not entirely good because they took a long time to complete my repair, they did a good job a little expensive but good in general
