I had an appointment to fix my motor mounts at 7am. Nobody showed up, called or texted. At 10 I got ahold of them to try to reschedule and still get it done. (It is my only day off) after I got ahold of them I was told somebody would come out at 1. After 2 I get a text message saying they are unable to do the motor mounts, giving no explanation. I do not recommend this mechanic, it’s a big waste of time.

Took a vehicle in to have an alternator replaced and everything was great. So took my vehicle back with another check engine light that needed to be diagnosed. Recommend this place to my family as well during the same time so they had 2 of our vehicles in the shop. Took over a month to get my families car back only to have it leak oil all over when driving home. Took it back 3 times to have this checked and it leaked every time we brought it back home. Finally stopped bringing it there. As for my vehicle, they stripped all my wires and put in cheap tape and other things to hold them together and totally ruined the car. It needed a transmission part but was so messed up from all the things they tried on it, I could never drive it again. 100% sure this is the place…… go ahead and contact me.

I highly recommend these guys. My alternator went bad when I was at the auto parts store. I looked them up on the web and gave them a call. I was given a great quote the mechanic arrived on site within 20 minutes did his work and I was mobile again in less than an hour.

My car broke down on the highway in Fresno. We called this service because we needed a new battery. The service was excellent, super helpful, and friendly, BUT we got charged almost $900 today. We waited about one hour. The staff is lovely and useful, but almost $900 for a battery and about one hour of labor? Who made that kind of money per hour? People already desperate when car broke down with young children in the car. However, I am very thankful for your service, Sir. but with this price, I don’t think I want to recommend it. I wish you the best of luck.

Best mechanic in Fresno and it opens late plus me from out of town the owner was willing to help. He took one look and found the problem and fixed it. I recommend this place if you ever need a mechanic in Fresno.

First thing I want to say is THANK YOU to Fernando and Rolando!! I would have been completely stranded over the entire Christmas weekend if they hadn't answered my call and come the same day, and I needed a starter motor replaced which on my car is not a simple operation (the entire intake manifold has to come off)! I called Fernando midday on Saturday, the day before Christmas Eve, and he gave me a very fair quote (I did my research!) and was able to come to me that same day. I was so relieved. I found out later that he had driven in from Arizona at 3 am that morning and he STILL came to the job! This is the kind of service I want to call out because you just don't typically see that too often anymore. They truly went above and beyond. I had ordered my parts the night before but then they were delivered to the wrong place that day and I was a bit stressed and upset when I found that out because they had just arrived to do the work but I had no parts as planned! Rolando immediately made me feel better and secure that we could figure it out and Fernando was so kind and drove me to the parts store and even called around to help me find the parts at a good price. I mean WOW! I had no idea when I called this business that I was going to be treated with such great service and respect, this is true quality. I just have to mention too, I read some of the other reviews and the ones who spoke badly really surprised me because I had a 100% all-around excellent experience. I grew up with a father who was a mechanic and I did the books at his shop for a time so I know very well that the rates Fernando charges are fair. You need to consider that - 1: you are hiring a professional who is skilled and experienced. 2: this is a MOBILE mechanic service! This isn't ordering delivery groceries or Starbucks, it is very challenging to work on a car without the conveniences of working in a shop (like air-powered tools, all your tools at your side, and car lifts) - these mobile mechanics have to bring all that with them and work in any variety of environments and conditions. And 3: this is a service industry, so when you are asking for a quote do your research from credible sources - every car is not the same! If you don't like the price just go somewhere else, but believe me YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Fernando has gained a customer for life right here. Will never use again. The mobile worker that showed up to repair my car was great, and he did it fairly quickly, but this place charges way too much money for their repairs. Like $500 for 1.5 hours worth of work.

After calling another highly reviewed mobile mechanic on Friday and setting appt's that they never showed up to or ever picked up the phone or answered a text again I decided to look again today. I found Fernando and we spoke about my classic truck issues I was facing on a new barn find truck. Fernando set an appt for me for early next week and then called me back and told me he could actually come today on a Sunday since I was traveling next week. Fernando and his son showed up and within an hour had spark to my motor and also even got it running for the first time in 30 years. This family offers top notch service and knows what to do when it comes to getting a vehicle up and running. The pricing is great and the service is top notch. Don't waste your time on the top 1-2 Google reviewed companies on here, they don't return calls and never show up. Use Fernando and you will be on the road quickly.

Called in late on a Sunday, Fernando answered immediately and was able to get someone out to my house in 20 minutes. The repair tech Jose was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Was able to reattach both frame to transfer case cross member brace on my Tacoma in 30 minutes. Great experience, would recommend without reservation.

I love this company! Fernando is so great! He has come to my rescue at least 4-5 times in the last 6 months. Usually he can do what needs to be done right in my driveway. However, last time he needed to take my car to his shop. I didn't have anyone to give me a ride to get it there and back, so he drove it there and back for me. Service like that is hard to find these days! Whenever my car starts acting up he's usually here same day or next day to help me out. His work is impeccable, and he always tries to make the repairs as affordable as possible. I recommend him to all my friends and family whenever the need arises. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who will come to you, look no further!

Fernando, the owner is a very nice guy but I have left my vehicle to get worked on the owner kept telling us to go home and he will call us when he was done 30 days later, our vehicle had a second problem, took it back and fix an O2 sensor. Then the check engine light turned off. after driving a car for 1 mile my check engine light comes back on this shop will mess up your vehicles do not trust the mechanics that work there to work on your cars and if you have a warranty on your vehicle, he is a scam he comes after whatever that you have.

I went to this mechanic and he was really helpful. They did a diagnostic and fixed what another mechanic messed up. After the truck was still doing the jerking so they came out to my work to look at and has been helpful with the situation since then. Very honest guys!

Thankful for good service today. Car died yesterday evening. Had car towed home. Called Fresno Mobile today to get estimate for alternator replacement. Said they could be here in afternoon. They came to my home. Said they would need to take back to shop. Everything completed and car returned to me. Really appreciate the good service

They showed up at my house within an hour and also had a new battery on hand just in case. Instead of charging me for a new one they drove to O’Reilly and got me a new one on my warranty. People were nice and respectful. Happy with the service.
