My husband and I are so glad we found Friendly Auto. Our AC went out and Friendly was able to get us in quickly and give us a ride back to our place. They were honest upfront with their prices and how can you beat the lifetime warranty which I don't expect to have to use. They go out of their way to help you. We left Mesa and were in Goodyear, AZ our truck broke down for a different reason and I called Friendly to see if they recommend anyone where we were. They were closed but maybe 30 minutes later the owner called me. He just happened to go in the shop for something and recommended someone he trusted out in Goodyear that could look at our vehicle he actually called them while I was on the other line. Amazing customer service. I have always wanted a mechanic that I trust and can use for all my cars. Friendly is the one.

I went to Friendly Auto Centers to get my oil change. I scheduled online a few days prior and found the process to be simple. When the day came, they took my car right back at the time I dropped it off and had an extensive list of everything they checked which was immediately texted to me, which I very much appreciated. My only complaint was that an oil truck parked behind the garage ports and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes or so before I could leave. I will be back!

We had a clutch kit installed in our Nissan 350Z. The work was performed in a timely manner. They actually were able to get us in the same day and we had a quick turn around for a complete replacement. The guy’s communicated really well and came in within budget. It was a great experience!!!

We took our truck in to have a weird vibration checked out. They diagnosed the problem and were able to get us in pronto! There was quite a bit of work needed on the front end, 4 wheel drive stuff. They were fast and efficient, best part was it was LESS than I expected! Thanks to Allen, Logan and owner Steve!!! THANKS GUYS!!!!! 👍

We’ve been going to Friendly’s mainly for oil changes, so when the check engine light on my Genesis came on and our first thought was the dealer had to check it out, but the 10 year warranty on the car doesn’t cover exhaust issues, so my husband called Friendly and they said they could handle it. After the technician ran a computer scan it was simply a sensor that had come detached, possibly when the tires had been replaced recently. The cost to correct was so minimal and we have no doubt the dealer would have taken us to the cleaners. We highly recommend Friendly’s, everyone is very friendly and helpful and the work has been done on time and we’ve never had any problems.

I had a dead battery on my Honda Pilot. Friendly Auto had it replaced in a matter of minutes. Truly a great shop and great employees. Will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

I’ve gone through a lot of auto shops. Pep boys, Firestone, jiffy… all crap. Friendly is the best by far. Not only are they super knowledgeable and helpful but they go beyond to keep their customers happy. There is a reason their reviews are so good.

Several weeks ago I ran over a large object on the freeway. I thought it threw off my alignment, so we took my car to Friendly to have it checked. Unfortunately what I ran over did some serious damage to the undercarriage. Steve and his crew were able to repair everything at a very reasonable price. We’ve been taking our vehicles to Friendly for quite a while and are always impressed with their honesty and fairness. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else and highly recommend them for any repairs or just general maintenance.

The appointment was a simple oil change. The office was friendly and efficient. The mechanic informed me of the work done. The price was very reasonable. As I waited in the customer lounge, I was very impressed how polite and courteous everyone was treated.

We were on a cross country trip, headed to my mom's in Phoenix when we started having front end issues. Made the appointment with these guys and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us issues as they were uncovered. We knew we should've replaced a few things before we left, but that's on us. As they thoroughly checked everything they called us back and had us stop in to show us on the truck what was wrong. They got us out in two days, which is impressive considering how much stuff needed to be ordered in and work had to be done. We got back on the road, and the owner even helped us claim the rebate for the tires we purchased. I'm glad we crossed paths, and everyone in that shop was great, genuinely cared.

What a rare find. A trustworthy mechanic! I highly recommend bringing vehicles here. If they don’t see a need to do work, they don’t charge for work they didn’t do. This is my new go-to mechanic.

What an amazing place. Our ac went out and they got us in right away, diagnosed it sent us an estimate to look over . They gave us a ride home whole our car was at their shop and picked us up the next day when it was done. They have a nice lounge to wait in. Very professional and helpful in every way. This is the only place I will go to service my vehicles and you can't beat their warranty either.. Thank you friendly auto

I’m that girl that knows next to nothing about cars so I’ve been thrilled to find Friendly Auto! I’ve been a customer for over a year and have a van and a sedan that they service. We mostly do maintenance but the staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and professional. They even let me ask all the dumb questions, without pointing out how silly they might be. I feel they have high integrity (which is tough to find at a auto shop) and honest recommendations. They send a text that shows everything they did and they even called the next week to ensure I’m happy and taken care of. Seriously, these guys are awesome! Highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else, now that we’re customers of Friendly Auto.
