We brought our 2006 Chrysler 300C into Friendly Automotive after going to a Chrysler Dealer in Santa Rosa, California, because it heated up and the A/C quit running. We were told we needed a $2000.00 A/C repair, That would take over a week to get the part, and that there was a loose clamp around the upper radiator hose, which they tightened and cost us $380.00 for diagnosing. We declined the A/C repair. After a couple days and heading back to Arizona, the car got hot again, but only when it idled and in traffic, we were lucky to avoid the traffic and drove straight home on the freeway, it was fine, and the A/C was also fine. After taking it into Friendly Automotive They discovered the clamp was loose around the lower radiator hose, and found nothing wrong with the A/C. Cost for diagnosing $79.99. No Charge for tightening the loose clamp. They are very knowledgeable, honest and reasonable., We had them fix another problem we had put up with for more than a year, also at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Friendly Automotive for Any automotive problem and maintenance. They will certainly be our go to for our Automotive needs.

As a former shop owner myself and relocated to the area years ago I was looking for a honest place to take my vehicles that I can't physically work on myself anymore. Friendly Automotive Service and Repair was just that place, honest, Christian, & won't ever suggest anything that your vehicle doesn't need.

The staff is excellent as always. Came in for a filter change on cabin and air filter, spark, plug tuneup serpentine belt, and battery cleaning. Work was done to a high standard of excellence. Very time efficient easy drop off the night before and pick up the next morning. I wouldn’t trust the safety and care of my pack to anybody else except Friendly Automotive service and repair. I will be back for the next interval change.

They did a fantastic job explaining what my options were and was upfront about possible outcomes. I felt taken care of and listened to about what I was looking for. Friendly Automotive is the Best repair shop in town! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they do quality repairs at reasonable prices! They got my car in and out the same day and even offered to take me home when I dropped off my car. I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.

Friendlys is the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! Very friendly as the name suggests, they are very honest with what is wrong with your vehicle and provides pictures to prove it! They are transparent about pricing and never overcharge ! Only mechanic I will ever go to.

I unfortunately learned my lesson the hard way! For now on, if my car needs repairs, this is where I’m bringing it. From the start, they diagnosed it and gave me a full report. Very impressive because they used a scope to get into the internal parts of the engine and took pics of the problem and gave me their recommendations. I ended up having to replace my engine and they were able to find me a used engine and installed it within a few days! They are absolutely amazing and saved my Toyota Prius! Where no one else except the dealership would do the work, they were able to replace my engine and I’m so grateful to them! Got my car back and runs perfect!😍 Thank you!🙏

Very impressed from start to finish. Clean and comfortable waiting room, with coffee. Receptionist seemed as knowledgeable as the mechanics. My car was taken in at my appointment time. Update texts sent to me. Blue was my mechanic (technician) came out to go over his findings. Needed rear brakes and calipers. Front brakes could wait but will be needed soon. I opted for all four. Shuttle provided to home and back when car was ready. Cost was lower than dealership. Experience much better. Friendly Automotive has earned our future business.

An oil leak on our toyota avalon required the engine to be removed and repaired, an expensive job. We debated to do this since car is 18 years old but with only 160k as an original owner. We decided to do this without any pressure or influence from friendly auto staff. We couldn't be happier. We got the car back and it drove and ran great. After several days we went on a 3000 mile trip and the car ran like new. These guys do a great job at a fair price. Trustworthy---how much is that worth? ALOT

Been going here for years. They are definitely friendly. Finally, a mechanic shop you can trust. And they have complimentary shuttle service to and from your home. Truly a bonus!! Beats sitting around in a lobby for a long time.

I have been to Friendly before and the manager I dealt with there Jonathan is awesome. But luckily this time it was quick and cheap and easy I had a dead battery and it was under warranty so I took it in they tested it and gave me a brand new battery and no money out of pocket. I was there maybe 30 minutes if that long. Very happy with their staff at the front desk they always are very friendly and helpful especially Kat. I recommend friendly Automotive to friends when they have car issues they need fixed.

Suggested I not put in a new part because the part it connects with is also slightly damaged. No need to potential damage a new part. Saved me $$$ and allowing me to plan for I not yet needed repair. Honest, competent and fair
