Do not recommend. Look up this business on the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair. They have public records of disciplinary actions and accusations. It was a headache dealing with them. They don't care about customer relationships just business. If you are going here, make sure you have them write down in detail what they say. You've been warned.

Fuentes Auto Center did an amazing job in servicing my vehicle' tire needs. Their respectful and responsive customer service made the tire purchase and service effortless and the pricing for the tire services was very reasonable. Their staff worked quickly and I was able to get in and out with fresh new tires to keep me safe on the road. I will recommend Fuentes Auto Center to friends and family moving forward.

I have been coming to this mechanic shop for many years, and I must say that I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to explain things in detail. They have always been honest and upfront about what needs to be done, and have never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. I have always been pleased with the work they have done, and the prices have been very reasonable. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone looking for quality service. El personal es amable y conocedor, y siempre se toman el tiempo para explicar las cosas en detalle. I have been coming to Fuentes auto repair since 2018. His team have always done a phenomenal job at getting my car repaired. I have recommended my family, friends, and colleagues too his business. There is no other shop that I would trust with my car, the prices are fair and treat you like family. He will be moving. Today was there last day at the flower location and will be at the T street location starting on 10/16/23.

Brought my car in to replace a radiator hose. Took it to a neighborhood shop to support a local business and got hosed. The original hose was punctured by a clamp near the hose and all my radiator fluid leaked causing my car to overheat. I explained to the tech and the owner how and why this happened so they can move the clamp or put a different clamp so it doesn’t puncture the hose again. So what did they do? They put the hose on and didn’t move or replace the clamp per my instructions so a week later my car overheated and punctured a hole in the new hose. So I had to go purchase the part a second time ($100 ea time) and they refused to reimburse me and forced me to do a diagnostic test and charged me $80 but they “waived” the installation fee. All in all what should have cost me $120 for installation ended up costing me over $400!!!! For a mistake that was entirely their fault. Never coming back here again. They lost my business for good. Hope it was worth it for them. I have them several opportunities to make this right and they refused. Don’t recommend coming here. As someone who’s owned several businesses this is just bad business. Stay away!! Don’t come here!

Came in here because I had a low tire almost flat guy talked me into buying a 35$ used tire which they never balanced and it threw off my alignment on my car. They should of just filled up my old tire with air ..now I'm out 35$ and I won't come here anymore

I love taking my car here this is the only place in Bakersfield I will take my car to they know what they're doing and they don't charge you an arm and a leg and they're all good workers they get the job done and they know what they're doing

Worst place EVER!!!! Of course me being a women the owner talked down to me as if I had no acknowledgement of tires. I went to them for new tires. They never ever balanced my tires just took them off the rim and put new one on. I seen it notify them that the price I paid was for new tires and to be balanced. Ignore me so I went later on when the owner was there and nothing he was just as worse as his workers except one worker he was soooo humble. I do not recommend them.
