DO NOT GO HERE! Took my sons car in and it took a month to even fix, kept saying he's a teenager, he'll be fine. Like he don't need a car for work or school. Then couldn't order the right parts and figure out warranty. When we pick up his car warranty and their prices don't add up, they say warranty gives different prices then they tell us....yeah ok! Give me an itemized list! I drive to my sons work find out my son is missing his spoiler, his $200 tool box with tools in it, and other items inside the car. We will be recommending the warranty company stop recommending this place, what a joke!

I have an A6 and my front brakes were metal to metal. I dropped it of late morning and it was done that night. It costed me less than 500 to get them fixed. friendly service. really appreciate the care they put into my car bc my audi is my baby

Full Circle was a great place to go to fix my 328ci, I’ve went there multiple times & I have had no complaints. They do great work, are willing to work on a price with you & they are great on working on a time with you. The car was my daily so I didn’t have much time for it to be in the shop, but they tried to make it quick as possible for me to get back on the road again. Overall I would refer all my friends with German vehicles to go there! Joel and Corey are honest down to earth guys & if anything goes wrong with my car again, I’m taking it back to them. My favorite shop in Omaha fs!

I have a 10 year old Audi that i love but needs some tlc… these guys did a great job on a start of a new service plan for my A7. Joel was very informative and professional. I definitely will call this shop my cars “place” to get things done. Trust is the most important, no matter what car you drive, if it’s German, id recommend you bring your car here. Very few shops like this in our town. Thank you, guys.

Full Circle German Auto is a stellar business. My fantastic experience began the day I called and spoke to Joel. I knew within 10 to 15 minutes of our conversation I was bringing my vehicle to him. He is very easy going but I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I could feel the passion he had for not only working on these vehicles but also owning/driving them. I'm referring to BMW, but I feel he is an enthusiast for most German cars. I received a quote from him which was not only a much better price than I'd received from anywhere else, but he was able to get me in right away. They had my car for less than 24 hours and it was done. What completely blew me away was when I dropped off my car the outside was really dusty and not looking it's best. When I picked it up they had washed and dried it. Who does that? I absolutely reccomend Joel and everyone at Full Circle for any type of service you need. They are honest, knowledgeable, prices are great, and most importantly they have integrity. I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs. I appreciate you guys very much. All the best to you!

Joel is the best! Im a young woman with a Mercedes ml350 and boy have I been messed with in this industry. I’ve had bad oil changes and services from the chain places where they’ve overcharged me for everything. And don’t get me started on my experiences with the dealership (where I bought the car and even had a warranty from). I’m so glad that I found Full Circle. I finally feel like I have a place I can depend on. They get me in quickly, get the job done fast, and are always up front about everything and don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. I trust them and that’s everything to me. I’ve recommended my mom to them and she takes her ml350 there now too. Thank you for being so honest guys! Highly recommend.

Full Circle Auto has performed routine maintenance on my 2014 Cayenne S at half the price of Omaha Porsche; and they do it right, on time, and they seem to have fun doing it. Great team of auto mechanics!

Got tired of waiting 30+ days from the Audi dealership just to have my car looked at. Did my research and found FCGA and I will not be looking back. Joel and his team have done small and bigger work on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work, price of service, thorough explanations, and friendly, down to earth interactions with Joel specifically. Most shops won't allow you to buy your own parts and bring in for service. Those same shops order the parts for you and of course up charge you 20%+. Joel and Corey allowed me to bring my own parts and simply charged a fair labor rate for install. You'd be crazy to keep dragging your Euro cars to other shops instead of bringing them here. I'll be back for sure, keep up the great work guys!

Called and told them I was on my way and that I was going to arrive at 12:30 and it was going to be during lunch hour if that was going to be a problem and I was told not at all. So the tow truck sat there from 12:45 until 1:30 because there was a handwritten note hanging on the door, door locked up tight and nobody answering the phone it just went to voicemail like three or four times. So I took it to Cordell in Elkhorn. Horrible. Wouldn't waste my time on em. Didn't even call to explain it cuz I had nothing nice to say and there is nothing nobody can do cuz they're definitely not going to give me $150 for the tow truck driver.

Called last week to have an appointment setup for my wife’s Beetle. Had the car taken in today and she told me they got her vehicle in right away and the owner was really nice and respectful. We thank you for your work and will be back for any other repairs we might have in the future.

In March 2022 Joel gave me a printout of what I needed for repairs on my BMW and said he would call the warranty company, like so many times before. But week after week I called for an update. But all I got from Joel was a list of things he didn’t want to do, or excuses saying he would take care of it next week, and that’s if he would ever answer or even return my voicemail, which he never did, not even once. I know their a small business but this was over a four month period and 18 phone calls. I once raved about this business and referred people to them. And after 3 years of being a loyal customer, this is how I was treated.

Very skilled and fair prices. My only complaint is that it is sometimes it’s hard to reach staff on the phone, but they do take time explaining options and motivation very patiently—so that might be the cause. When everything is done, I’m always very satisfied with their work.

11 out of 10 recommend. They put up with me, so that in itself says a lot. Joel’s awesome, the guy with glasses is awesome, full circle german auto is awesome. Some of the most honest, thorough, and professional work done by these individuals. All of that with competitive prices in comparison to some Al Capone fraudster trash like Jiffy Lube.
