They were very polite and friendly took care of the problem quickly I didn't even have to wait 15 minutes they also found another issue which they pointed it out to me and asked to borrow my phone to take a picture of it so I can have it and so I can go get the issue fixed

Got my truck towed here after a breakdown on the highway. Quickly perform a diagnostic on my truck and update me throughout the entire process. Parts came in quickly and repairs were completed that same day, getting me back on the road. I recommend them for anyone who finds themselves in need of repairs.

I can't express enough how impressed I am of these mechanics! They go above and beyond. I have an older car 2013 that I bought directly from a large dealer and the service I receive at full service master care has been exceptionally better than that big dealer not to mention the fair pricing, trustworthy staff, and care that they provide. As a single woman having a mechanic that is there no matter how big or small the repair is a life blessing. They will even check all possible options each time before just making a quick fix so that you know you will have the results in your favor. If you need a mechanic look no further then here Also it is a bonus that all my repairs are linked to my Carfax just smart! I knowu vehicle is always in good hands here.

SCAMMERS: STAY THE HELL AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY THEY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME FOR A SMALL PROBLEM. They said quoted me a ridiculous price over a thousand dollars without looking at my car but to realize the problem with my car didn’t even cost a 100 dollars!!!! I will not remove my review I was there and you guys should be ashamed for the over charge you tried to scam me for. I have proof I was there!! Edit: no I will not remove my review I was there and your company tried to scam me I know the difference between quote and estimate. quote is a fixed price, while an estimate is an approximate price that may change

This is my first time coming and I came for my state inspection for my renewal sticker. I’m used to the places where you just drive up, they ask you to put your blinkers and honk your horn, and you're basically finished. You never have to get out of the car and it takes about 5 minutes, all while sitting in your car and simply hanging over your insurance and maybe a DL. I come here and I get down, give some basic info like address, phone, and email, and overall it takes about 10 minutes for them to get my info and inspect my car. Not too bad, but definitely going to a different spot for my inspection next time. I was charged $10, which sounded high but of course I’m not going to object.

Extremely overpriced. They charged $400 for labor on spark plugs and fuel cleaning (2.5 hours of work). Nice people but that's not worth the cost, especially as mechanic shops make money on up charging materials as well, the least they could do is not gouge people.

I had my SUV towed to this Full service, master car care shop because it was recommended to me. I can see why. They are very friendly, very attentive to the customer, and problem-solving. My old 2009 Pontiac had died on the expressway Saturday. After the diagnostics were completed early next business day it was concluded that I needed a battery, an alternator, and a belt. Parts were quickly ordered and installed by lunch time. I was impressed and happy to have a working vehicle again. Thank you.

I was recommended this shop from a former customer. I was originally going to use another shop who's reviews weren't as good as this one. The other shop's diagnostic charge was $130 cheaper though. I figured if I paid more, I would get better attention to my only vehicle. I called and spoke with Chely to schedule an appt to take my vehicle in. I had a short that kept blowing a 15 amp fuse. I took my only vehicle in on Sept 29th 2023 but had to take it out Dec 1st 2023. I was charged $260 plus taxes plus hazmat fee for a total of $280 which only $260 would apply to the total cost for parts and labor. I was told not long after, that the short was somewhere around the engine block so the intake manifold needed to be removed and the intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced for $109 and $170 for labor for a total of $540. I found a gasket for $43 at Autozone by the way. I was rarely given updates unless I called. When I did call I was just told that they were still working on it and found out later that one of the reasons it was taking so long was because there was only one electrician on duty. Though Chely claims she told me this, I was never told that they were short staffed. Then after over 2 months of my vehicle sitting in this shop, I got a call from Chely telling me that the short was most likely behind the dashboard and it would be another $540 in labor for a total of over $1,100. I asked Chely if there was a guarantee that if they were able to find the short, would they be able to get my vehicle running. I was told no. So I made the difficult decision to take my vehicle out since I was running out of money with no guarantee of having my vehicle run again. I just felt like the costs were just going to keep going up with no guarantees. To their credit, they didn't charge me for storage the over 2 months my vehicle was in their shop. According to Chely, they were really close to resolving the problem but I just had to take their word for it. Then when I told them that I couldn't come up with the rest of the money to keep working on my vehicle is when I was told to come for vehicle or else I would start accruing storage charges. It seemed to me that when I went to pay off the balance of what I owed for work already done, I was going to be charged for the part I wasn't going to need any more. Chely said she already took those charges off but actually didn't and later changed the balance to just the labor I owed. So I am out of over $400 and still no running vehicle. Please make sure you check to see if they have enough staff to work on your vehicle especially if it's your only vehicle. Otherwise it will be there a while. I would also probably ask for a copy of the invoice for your new parts and for your original parts back to compare part prices and for tax purposes. Also get an itemized bill and make sure you're not getting billed for parts or services you didnt recieve or don't need. This review wasn't to disparage or bad mouth them. I just had to share what happened in my case. Chely is actually a cool person and had decent customer service. It didn't work out for me at this shop.

I called and scheduled an appt to take in my Ford F150, I was able to take it in the next day. Since I had previously taken my truck elsewhere, they didn’t charge me a diagnosing fee since I was aware of the issue. They charged me less than 2/3 of what everyone else wanted to charge and even had a “2 year warranty” on everything unlike only a 1year the other shops had. Moving forward I will only take my vehicles to this place for repairs! The communication is top-notch, the repair work is amazing and the cost was under $2,500 for a major repair. Still going strong over two months later!! Thanks to Chelly and the amazing team that works there!!

I had an awful experience at this shop and now feel I was ripped off for several thousand dollars. I am writing this review as a warning to the shady business practice I have endured from this shop. I took my ford explorer to them in July to fix a problem with the engine and get some other items fixed. The grand total for that service was over 2300.00 dollars and I was told at the time I had a 2 year warranty on the work. The repair was not completed at that time and I communicated with Ivan the problem was still not fixed. But i had 2 year warranty so all good I'll get some time to take it back. Well after life gets in the way I was not able to get the explorer back until November. The vehicle does not get driven much so I can wait as life gets in the way. So I schedule the explorer to get looked at. I have given the feedback to Ivan that the repair is not complete and I'm bringing it back. On the day of the appointment I drop the vehicle off and get a call later that morning with a laundry list of items that need to be done $800 dollars additional work. I was also told my battery (that was not even a year old and still in warranty needed to be replaced. I told Ivan to stop all the work I wanted the repair they still had not completed that I have already paid a lot of money for completed. Well surprise, surprise, surprise, I was told the 800$ was required and it had been since July since the car was last "serviced" SO, I do not have any kind of warranty and now I have a full bait and switch scheme I am dealing with. So I told them to stop work and give me my car back. I was forced to pay 200$ for a oil change (way over priced.). what Ivan has done is criminal and there is nothing I can do except warn you. Please be careful taking your vehicle to this shop. I was never able to actually speak to a mechanic and Ivan is full of it. Thank you for stealing my money.

I have used this place several times for major car repairs. They were able to fit me in at the last moment, expeditiously fix the problem completely (which was also confirmed by the dealership), and quote me a fair price (almost 50% less than the dealership). I was weary at first being a female that they would take advantage because I knew little to nothing about car repair. They were nothing but courteous and professional. This place has my full confidence.

So I had motor mounts replaced here 18 months ago. Motor mount failed again. So I took it back and they would not honor their warranty. First they tried to say motor mounts are good and it's my bushings. So I took it to dealership and they showed me the bad mount. So I go back to full service and they try to blame dealer saying they broke it. I asked full service how they diagnose a bad motor mount. They replied " Rev the motor and see if it moves or take a pry bar to it".

Wally has always been honest and good to me. Every time I have a problem with my car, he's the one I call. They get the job done fast and the same day rather than taking days or weeks to complete. They do a great job and give me peace of mind. And they'll give you a ride if u have to leave your car and then pick you up when it's ready. That's great service! Updated: It's no longer 5 star rating, sadly. This used to be my go to place, but since they've gotten the new man at the desk, (the one with glasses) I'm no longer comfortable coming here. Which is sad because their mechanic is the best! He's really great and fast. The new guy will lie and do his best to up sale, saying you need this without giving you any other options. For example, my ac would cost me over $1,000 for a replacement. Yet in 100 degree weather, he did not say all I needed was a recharge to get it to cool. Someone else got the job done for cheaper and its been great ever since. We have overheard much more. Example.. mechanic explaining to guy at front desk exactly what the problem is, and then guy at desk telling us something different just to get us to spend the most, without explaining we can get a simple fix for now. He just wants to make the most money without offering options and decent service.

Amazing service! They were fast and friendly. They fixed an electrical issue with my husband's van and were kind enough to give me advice on things that may be wrong with my car and what I can try to fix them. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future service. Thank you for your help. Also diagnostic fee goes towards repairs if you get your repairs done with them, which is big to me. I had been having a hard time trying to find a shop like this and I'm glad I finally found it! Thanks again!

Do NOT recommend. Wasn't sure what was wrong with my car and they quoted me thousands of dollars to fix it. When I refused, they became upset and would not release my car back to me unless I paid a hidden fee. Not only were they not upfront about their fees, I also found another mechanic to repair my car for 1/3 of the cost they quoted. EDIT: No, I will not be removing my review because this is 100% the correct shop and my experience with it. I have receipts.

I made an appointment and got my oil changed really quickly. I have an older 2006 truck that still had the original coolant in it and the engine light was perpetually on, so a coolant flush and spark plug change was recommended. I set up that appointment and when everything was finished, my truck runs great and the check engine light is finally off! Professional and very knowledgeable staff. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will gladly continue giving them my business.

I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. I called and spoke with Chad who said to go ahead and bring my truck in. Within a short period of time I received a call and was given the diagnosis and approximate time needed for repair. I was in the area so I stopped by and spoke with Chad who further explained in detail what was happening with my vehicle. He was very personable and did not try to upsell other services. He further told me that he would do some other services that I had inquired about, but that I still had about 15,000 miles before the manufacturer recommended it to be done. I stated that I would wait, and he said that he would still check to confirm there were no signs of the service needing to be performed early. I highly recommend Full Service Master Car Care if your looking for reasonable pricing, fast service, and knowledgeable staff.

I took my 2014 subaru impreza here on 6/27/22, based on all the great review that I saw based on my research, and it did not disspoint. I scheduled my appointment at 8 am. They diagnosed my issue, and fixed several maintence issues, (changed cvt, rear diff, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel system cleaning) and replaced transmission mount for like $1,400, keep in mind, I havne't done much matience on my subaru, and it has about 130k miles and its driving so much better. They didn't try and oversell me at all, I feel the price was real fair. I deffinelty plan on using this shop in December to continue to more preventative maintence. I'll see y'all soon. I denfinelty appreciate this place's transparency and fair prices. Please give me discount on my next service for this review lol. thanks guys

I went to this Auto Shop when I ran out of options. The Red McCombs Ford dealership said the problem that I was experiencing wasn't a problem. They then charged me twice for two separate diagnostics and never fixed anything. I took the vehicle to Chad and he immediately knew that I needed new struts, engine mounts, spark plugs (the back ones hadn't been changed in 10 years), and engine coils. The car worked much better after this, however, a separate issue occured with the brake system. The front right brake would seize; so Chad replaced the calipers on both sides and we put on aftermarket rotors and new brakes. The brakes had an issue again so he replaced the calipers for free. Flash forward two weeks and we're now on a cross-country road trip with the same issue. Not only did Chad diagnose the problem from the phone, which we were able to fix at another local shop in El Paso, but I have seldom received better service. I took my wife's car here as well for her state inspection and oil change. We trust Chad and won't use anyone else in the future. I recommend all of my friends to him and if you need a reliable mechanic I will say that he is well deserving of this five star rating. Full Service is excellent and absolutely lives up to its name!

Never come to this place terrible. I have my own diagnostic machine which told me i had a issue with my car called told the guy my problem he said well if we run our own diagnostic check well fix the problem plus a bit of maintenance included (put air in tire, check fluids stuff like that) they run the diagnostic check told me exactly what i went in for plus more issues and thats it they didnt fix my issue told me other work had to be done first i paid $100 for them to tell me what i had already told them yeah great service

I went in with a screenshot from a computer diagnostic I got from somewhere else with a specific problem with my transmission. I showed them a screenshot of the computer readout of the specific problem.The place I got it did not do transmission and said to try this place they had also recommended it probably needed a flush and fill and change the filter. I mentioned this to Ivan who quoted me 200 plus dollars and I did the work I mentioned. When I went to pick it up all he did was a drain and fill and never checked the filter. I told him I didn't come in there to just get new fluid. I came in to get my transmission fixed. He said he needed to charge to do his own diagnostics even though it's a computer diagnostic and they are all the same. I said is your diagnostic free? And his exact words were "oh you're expecting me to work for free now.." I told him I came from two other transmission places that offer free diagnostics on the transmission. They were very busy so I would have to leave my car a couple of days at the other places. So it's not uncommon to get free diagnostics on your transmission. There is a reason Ivan's bays are mostly empty. Plus I never saw him in person because he only operates at home. And I only talked to him by phone. Good luck if you go there.

Lol they are not really good at anything. They've lied on multiple occasions with multiple vehicles that I've had to have come back to my shop because they messed their own client's car up. One stated they refilled the cooling system with coolant but come to find out it was just water and on a separate occasion they had a client replaced the entire brake system and told them it was not a transmission issue just to come to find out the transmission had burnt up valve body and clutch rings. Maybe good for oil change and brake changes but that's a big maybe
