I was referred to Full Throttle from my friend Resa and Josh. The shop I was at prior was giving me rates that were through the roof. I didn’t use my insurance for my damages, I just wanted the car drivable and safe. I didn’t care about the authentic so much. George is the owner of the shop and was honest and more than helpful. They went out of there way and they actually care. Will be going here from now on for anything ! Angelo picked me up to get my car and was very kind and professional. So thankful for them

Went in for an alignment because it was overdue. After my alignment, I noticed that my vehicle would do a swerving motion wherever I went over 75mph. I almost got into a few accidents, I took it to a new shop only to be told that someone adjusted my tires incorrectly.

Before I brought my car here to Full Throttle. I took it to another auto place that i won't say. My car was overheating. They told me I need the upper and lower and thermometer. They wanted to change me close to 800 work the work. So I went to get my own parts. They wanted to charge extra for labor because I got my own parts. I told them no thanks, yall robbing people. I called around to Several different auto places and everyone wanted to use their own parts and charge a arm and long. So when I call full throttle he told me that I can bring my parts in and he would charge me $250 for the work. I was so happy to hear the price that he gave. Drove my car there with my own parts I got. I drove my car there that morning and it was done in the same day. My experience was wonderful and I felt like family and most important they have great price that won't break your pockets. I will be back for more service. If you have any issues please take you car here. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a used car about six weeks ago. Within three days, I started having issues. Of course the dealership wasn't required or willing to help. I spent 4 weeks trying to figure out and fix the problems with a mobile mechanic. That was helpful temporarily but the issues all came back by week 5. I was so stressed because I had several trips out of town upcoming and my mechanic had hit a wall. A friend of mine recommended Full Throttle so I took my car to them but was skeptical. I was worried they might try to overcharge me or misinform me because I was a woman. But my experience was wonderful! Within a week they worked on and repaired my my issues! Every time they fixed one thing, it showed that something else wasn't right. Im sure it was time consuming and frustrating but they kept at it until they got it completely up to par. My car is now running great, all issues have been resolved, and their rates were unbelievably affordable! I can't thank George and his crew enough for their time, expertise and persistence in helping me. I 100% recommend them to anybody who needs repairs done on their car. They have made a loyal fan and customer out of me!

They don’t do honest work make sure you check and ask for parts receipts and itemized list of the job done. I went in for a radiator flush and they didn’t do the job, I know this because prior to dropping the car off I used a block sealer in it that was added through the radiator. When I checked the fluid it still had the sealer in it meaning they did not flush the radiator.

Extremely helpful and generous. They diagnosed our vehicle's problem for no charge, and even let us borrow a few tools to help us fix it.

There is no other auto service provider here in Colorado Springs Co, Mr and Mrs Black will take There vehicles to is full throttle auto mechanic shop, there honest, reliable trustworthy, well Respected and they will let the customer know exactly what is wrong with their vehicle and will give them a reasonable price for there vehicle to be worked on, they have all of Mr and Mrs Black business when it comes to working on our vehicle,! !

George and Angelo have always made it possible to get my vehicle worked on even when things happened @ the worst of times because they are 1 of the FEW & VERY RARE shops that still exist where they aren't trying to get rich off your losses but instead they care about keeping you or getting you back on the road and home to family. George and the guys here (the shop pup too) are great I brought my car from a dealership after being on the phone with my warranty company pleading the case, they did the work on good faith, whether I’d need to pay my deductible or not. They stayed late as well to get it done, another issue come up with the fix, so granted at the time I needed my car back the work wasn’t fully fixed at the time they assured me I could drop it off again when I was ready and they’d get it done. And they did a week later and they got my deductible taken care of at the end. This is my first time I needed to take my car to a shop and it was very pleasant and I will be recommending them any chance I get.

My wife’s mother recommended this place after our long-time mechanic retired. I had a bulb out that I didn’t have to tools to get to, and Auto Zone stated I’d need to replace the whole lamp since it was a “built in LED.” George was kind, efficient, and took a look even though I didn’t have an appointment. He showed me that it was in fact a bulb, and he happened to have one. After a quick swap, he sent me on my way without charging me. I’ll be coming back here. Please support this business!
