I ended up going to R&B Tires but here, Full Throttle actually helped me by answering the phone 📱 and actually making an effort 👌. R&B Tires got back to me on time ⏲️ and the people were nice. But I think Full Throttle is the first option you should call if stuck up in Big (D)eals Truckstop. I didn't have a hammer , but I had a metal tire beater to knock off the stubborn tough and thick snow. The least I could do is leave a good review.

They are always busy, went there recently to buy headache rack and Steve was fair on the price of that I thought.

Excellent customer service, very reasonable price for tire service. Got me into the shop right away and out back on the road. Will return again soon for welding service they can handle.

Steve, Raul and Brian are all great mechanics. Which is probably why they are always very busy. I always go here first for any type of mechanic work I need done.
