They went above and beyond here. They were accommodating because I didn't have a way home, so they checked as fast as they could. A cylinder was messed up, so they replaced it and even helped me with minor issues on my car. I'm so extremely grateful for these guys. I'm gonna recommend them to everyone I meet here in Houston!

I came in for a belt replacement on my 2007 Honda Accord. I recently moved to the area and it is absolutely hard finding a truthful, patient and genuine repairman, especially when you have a much older vehicle. Many blessings to this shop! Thank you!

Hung and this shop are a nice relief when dealing with something so important as your transportaion. I have used them twice and will continue to do so. Previously I had an issue with my AC not cooling. Other shops I had called didnt instill confidence in me with the issue. When I called Hung, they said bring it in and we'll look at it. It was summer time and they understood it was needed ASAP. They looked at it that day, told me theyd orderer the parts and to bring it back first thing in the morning. I dropped it off on my way to work, and got a call a couple hours later saying it was ready.The cost was also much less than other shops estimated. Today, my wifes Durango was having hesitation issues to the point of being undrivable. I called the shop first thing this morning. They told me to come in and theyd look at it. As I pulled up a mechanic walks out, plugs his computer up, tells me the issue, and then less than an hour later I was pulling away with a perfectly working vehicle. These guys are honest, very good prices, and get the job done. Anytime I need work done Hung will be my first call. They are excellent.

I had a recurring problem with my vehicle's AC system that that I was unable to have correctly fixed elsewhere. Fuqua Professional Auto Repair was more thorough in conducting their assessment to identify the problems, and called to give me a quote before proceeding with the repairs. Very impressed and I will be back again.

If I could give 10 🌟 I would! Hoang was extremely personable, friendly, and went to great lengths to get my car running again. I had tried to work on it myself and had removed steering column(I thought problem was ignition). He put it back together for me before I could even ask. The cost of fixing was only a fraction of what I expected. They are truly wonderful and plan on coming to them whenever I have a problem. Thank you again!

The owner was awesome ! I came in back in December on a Saturday not knowing my alternator needed to be replaced ! My daughters and I sat at the shipleys until he was done. They stayed open later just to help me ! I’ll recommend them to anyone !

Very professional hard working people. Fixed my problems in a timely manner. Very honest and saved me some money. Thought I had a transmission issue but they looked at it and found out it was a ignition coil on my 2012 Nissan rogue. Great customer service and great communication. I will be returning. If you want to save some money and actually get your problem fixed I highly recommend this place. 👍

This was my first time using there service, I must say it will not be my last. I had gotten quotes other place to fix my vehicle and the other place were 3x more. This place (Fuqua Professional Auto Repair) was cheapest and fixed my vehicle in one day. The most amazing customer service everrrrrrr. Amazing people who will not only help you but make your life stress free. They will honestly tell you exactly what you need and the most reasonable prices, better than most places. Professional employees who are experienced and seasoned. Always willing to ensure your safety and worries about your vehicle. Had clutch changed, done within 4-6 hours, amazing work, they worked non-stop until they car was off the lift. Very friendly, I highly recommend this spot.

I lost power steering while on I45 had my car towed, because it is a 5 minute walk from my house. My serpentine belt had broke. I got it to them at 12 noon and they had it done by 3:30. I paid less than 100 bucks plus they topped of my brake fluid. I'll be going back to them for future repairs if needed.

Soo my car literally turned off while on 45. I thought the battery was dead and had a friend tow me here. Asked for a diagnosis and learned that the water pump failed so the engine turned off — to prevent the engine from over heating. The prognosis was a new water pump. The quote and turnaround time sounded reasonable to me, so I left my car for pick up time the following day. I really appreciated this shop not only for the prompt service but the incredibly fair prices and clear explanation of the issue at hand. They’re honest and knowledgeable guys that do great work!

I had my car towed here thanks to an overheating engine due to a hemorrhaging water pump 40 miles from my "home mechanic" that we've used for 2 generations and 40 years and a 15 mile limit on my roadside assistance free towing. These guys not only do good, honest work at fair if not bargain prices, but they do it quickly with no BS and on time. I dropped it off at about 9:30, and got a call with a diagnosis and price about an hour later. I was told it should be done by 2, and that estimate was spot on. I walked to the movie theater and saw Uncut Gems, which was really good, a lot better than Punch Drunk Love, and got back right at 2, when it was coming back from the post-repair test drive. When diagnosing the problem, they're thorough in their explanation of the issue, and offer multiple options for parts when available. They also warn of any potential extra issues they might find while fixing the first and bring in the potentially necessary parts in case, but only do what needs to be done. They're genuinely good people, and we spent a solid 10-20 minutes talking about fishing when I picked up the car. I'd absolutely have work done here again, and you should too

Very reasonable and honest repairs. I've been going to them for over a decade now and they have always delivered. I really respect the fact that they are able to give me different price options based on OEM or non-OEM parts. They tend to air on the side of caution and are fine when I go the more affordable route. I've fixed 4 of my cars now.
