My experience with Future Automotive was great. They diagnosed the root causes of my vehicle issues, including knock sensor and airbag lights, and other minor repairs, and provided a cost-effective plan. Throughout the process, they maintained communication and found ways to reduce costs. The repairs took three business days and were done on time. I appreciated their fair pricing and they charged less than the initial max cost estimate since they didn’t need all estimated hours. Their honesty and transparency were appreciated. I recommend Future Automotive for Toyota owners, but believe they can handle other makes just as well.

Jeff is the greatest ever! He has been performing, and I mean "performing", automotive repair since the early 80's. He is so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done and always in a timely manner. Also, he is so very trustworthy, NOT the type of repair shop that recommends repair work that ya don't need. Exceptionally qualified at his skill, stays up to date on every little thing, including the fast changing diagnostic equipment. Domestic and foreign, older make models as well as the new stuff. Jeff is such a good guy, a true gentleman, and offers pretty much all auto repair work, and he does it all with an awesome attitude. Sometimes it’s hard to find that perfect, excellent tech, let alone a repair shop, that can do all this with such expertise. Highly recommend Future Automotive for all of your automotive repair and maintenance work. He does it all, from the basic oil and filter change services; Fluid Flushes; 30k, 60k, 90k, 120k; A/C Service; Front End Alignment, Brake and Front End repair work; to the most intense diagnostic repair. As well as one heck of a warranty on his work! I trust that you will not find a better automotive technician, ever!

Buddy is amazing!! Buddy gave me the best customer service while my SUV was in his shop for a repair that was totally unexpected. Buddy kept me informed about the repair and the repair he had to do to get my SUV back on the road the next day at a very reasonable price!!!! Buddy, Jeff and Alicia all continue to treat me like family and I was very impressed with how AMAZING THEY HANDLED ME AND MY FAMILY! I also had my Tacoma repaired a bit ago and again I was back on the road with my Tacoma quickly. Also the price for my repairs were very reasonable and MUCH lower than the Toyota dealership!! I suggest EVERYONE to take your vehicles or vehicles to FUTURE AUTOMOTIVE!!! You will DEFINITELY BE HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL PASS ON YOUR EXPERIENCE THANK YOU FUTURE AUTOMOTIVE ONCE AGAIN!!!

We give a shoutout to our friendly mechanics Jeff and Buddy at Future Automotive and if we could we’d give them a 10-star positive review. But since we can’t, we’ll settle for the highest rating allowed. Future Automotive has always been there for us since we moved to Rancho Bernardo. They are very experienced and have always listened to the customer. No price gouging or upsell although they do give timely recommendations to consider when the next oil change comes around. They are quick to diagnose an issue with our old 2007 Chrysler T&C rear entry wheelchair ramp van. It’s hard to find parts for a vehicle over 15 years of age. They have always been very accommodating to our schedule and quick to repair and if necessary, replace the part needed. Thanks, Jeff, for being honest and treating us better than family. These guys are great. Left a list of things to do for the car, and half of them they called and said I didn't need yet. It's good to feel like they have the customers best interest in mind rather than just take the money. I have found them to be trustworthy over the years and they have always done good work at fair prices.

Shout out for Jeff and Future Automotive! Jeff makes sure our 2 older cars are running smoothly. (We keep our cars ‘til well over 200k.) “Hometown” service in Rancho Bernardo at VERY fair rates. I appreciate that he is very honest unlike many other shops I’ve experienced. Jeff is the owner and is a VERY knowledgeable, experienced technician. He treats us like family and keeps us safe - tell him Shannon and Gary recommended him!

Can't possibly express how pleased I am with going to Future for our auto service. Most recently, there was a mysterious front end noise. Originally the conclusion was replacing front struts...not cheap. Turns out that Jeff noticed an obstruction with loose tail pipe. Instead of $$$'s, a replacement of the tail pipe hanger hooks fixed it up. Far far fewer dollars. My many thanks to Jeff and Future. Always going to visit his shop. Always. Would suggest that others do the same.

The owner Jeff's honesty and diligence were evident as he discovered that a water bottle was causing the airbag malfunction sensor (I had another auto shop that looked at it and told me to get the whole system fixed for over $1000) I appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to finding the root cause of the problem. I'm planning to drop off the car soon so that he can further investigate the engine shaking issue. I would recommend him for any auto repairs.

Fantastic place with integrity. I had some plans to have a friend change my brakes fall through and I thought I was going to be stuck with the pads I purchased at a parts store. No one else was willing to help me with customer supplied parts until I called Future. They said they could do it no problem. After looking at my old brakes they actually let me know that I still had around 50% and I technically didn't need them. I still had the work done, but this was the first time I'd never had the mechanic try and upcharge me or get me to pay for other work on my car. This place is a real stand-up shop and if you've had problems with other mechanics, give this place a try.

Mr. Quin was truthful with his diagnostic of my 2008 Pilot. I understood what he was telling me about my car. He was professional and timely with the repair of my Honda. I would trust them with my cars, and definitely refer my friends to them.
