Angela was awesome today when I came in to get the ceramic coating on my new van. I was originally told when I purchased the van to drop it off then come back the next day but that wasn’t necessary for what I was getting done and I was able to wait. I had my toddler with me and wasn’t super prepared on waiting around but Angela offered some snacks and got us drinks. She not only made sure I was taken care of but made sure my little guy was happy. He enjoyed the play area in the waiting room. Someone from the front desk even came back and asked if we needed anything. Overall great service, saved me making another trip (40 min one way), and my car looks great! Thank you again Angela!

I picked up my vehicle at their Collision Shop after repairs; which is conveniently across the street from Honda service. Unfortunately my battery was dead from sitting in the cold temperature after repairs. The Collision shop manager, Ken, jump started my vehicle so that I could drive to the Honda service center. To my delight, the battery was under warranty from my purchase from Honda service two years ago. Within 30 minutes, my battery was replaced with no fees, and I was on my way! I truly appreciate Honda service, and especially Josh, who resolved this issue quickly!

After a small crash, I had Garber check that there were no mechanical issues that would make the car unsafe to drive. Aside from the diagnostic fee, which they told me about up front, there were no other charges, as they found everything was fine. My car is 15 years old, so they could probably have found something to fix if they wanted, but they were honest and didn’t try to upcharged me. Much appreciated.

I purchased a new Acura ZDX. The next day it had a warning pop up saying check engine service high voltage. I had to go back to the dealership and get a loaner because they weren't sure what was wrong with my vehicle. It's been several days and I have yet to hear from the dealership on what the issue is or receive my vehicle back. They did not do their due diligence in thoroughly inspecting the vehicle prior to me driving it off the lot. Crazy how an $80k vehicle with 6 miles on it has issues already.

My husband and I went to Garber Honda to test drive a previously owned HUV. Joe LoVerde couldn’t have been nicer or more informative, and we really loved the car. He made the purchase so easy, and, after basic service and detailing, we got the car less than a week later. We’ll be back for our next car purchase.

Scheduled a recall servicing for my 2022 Honda Civic SI and was advised the parts were available and that it would take about an hour and a half. I decided to wait on site for the service to be completed. Service was in fact done efficiently within the projected time. Easy Peezy lemon squeezy.

Smooth and quick no hassles except the finance person started off with a extended warranty sale. Those numbers nearly doubled my monthly, just because I put down a pile doesnt mean I'm rich, just means I dont like the interest rates at this time.

Very dissatisfied with the problem that arose with my car. On August 17 th I brought car in for oil change, tire indicator light on and inspection. After consulting with service representative claimed that one of tires where losing air and tire belts where wearing. Agreeing to have tires replaced alignment and tire pressure valves replaced. After spending all this cash a couple of weeks later tire indicator came on.. Bringing back again they said one of tires low and put some air in it. why?? beats me tire low. A couple of weeks the tire indicator came on again. Making the time again to bring car back. Then the service rep said the sensor was bad.. Ok had the sensor replaced estimate 180.00 so if that fixes the problem I said ok. About two or three weeks later tire indicator comes on again. This time the told us it was the relay. Ok est. 170.00 said ok bill turned into 385.00 . Now a couple weeks later tire indicator light on again.. Anyways don't bring it to Garber for repairs

We went to Garber Honda to look at a specific car which we test drove. We weren't crazy about the color. Our salesman James suggested we drive a different car, that we liked a lot better. We felt no pressure to buy a car. When we had a quesion about one particular thing with the gear shift, James had the service department check it all out, which was very reassuring. Overall a good experience.
