Called for quote, but was met with rude individual that asked why I’m not getting work done somewhere else? When I explained that it was expensive he tried to find out how much as if he was basing his quote off another shop’s price. Very terrible customer service experience before we could even get to work together

From start to finish they have been AMAZING. I went in for what I thought was just back brakes but was informed almost immediately that I needed all 4 done. Plus some extra work. The communication throughout the whole process was top tier. They took care of me and for a reasonable price. If you haven’t worked with them..what are you waiting for? Moving forward I will be using them for all my mechanical needs. Thanks

Highly recommend! Told Joel I needed my muffler fixed and he quickly told me to bring it in the next day and my car was fixed within 2 hours thanks to Joel & the mechanics. Great communication and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will be back for any future needs!

My Ram 1500 was turned into an ice box. My heater stopped working during the winter season. These winters in Rochester are brutal! I didn’t want to take it to the dealership because they were going to take about a month and obviously I couldn’t be that long without my car. Joel and his mechanic worked tirelessly on my car and within 72 hours I had my car back with heat!

Great service!!! Communication through repair was great and the price was super reasonable. My car has been driving great ever since it left their hands! From the immediate tow from where I broke down to the end of repairs, the entire staff was awesome. I’d give 6 stars if google let me!
