Great shop an great work. Very honest an not price hiking. The manager andres was polite an actually didn't charge me what we agreed upon. Mechanics wer pleasant an very knowledgeable. Check them out 4 urself.

They are welcoming, hard working, kind, and informative. They have helped with installing brake pads, suspension parts, and alignment. They took their time and care to make sure everything was on point. I left with a peace of mind.

On 3-27-2024 I took my 2010 VW to Garcia's tire shop to check my tire for a leak. The service guy told me it had a leak, and ask if I wanted the patched or plugged? I told him to patch the tire. They finished I paid, and left. When I got home I was noticing some grip bite marks on my rim that had just been repaired. I call the shop and told the guy what happened. He told me to bring it up to the shop so he could see what I was talking about I did, and when he saw it he said why didn't you notice it before you left? I told him all I was paying attention to the tire when I got ready to leave. He said it's nothing I can do. I told him my rim is ruined. He gave me the owners name on a card I called the owner, but have not heard a response.

All the old reliable people quit, it’s better to find a new shop. Just a bunch of new guys who are slow and prioritize friendships over customers

I use to trust these guys but things has changed plus they don't keep up with your parts when they're responsible I've been doing business with them for some years but now looking for a loyalty place They misplaced my rim to where I only have 3 rims instead of 4......

I stopped by for an oil change. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and it was very affordable. The guys were extremely helpful, respectful and strictly business. New go to spot for quick routine maintenance.

There was a odd looking guy Andres who was suppose to plug my tire but when he took it off he tried to charge me $45 for another tire when I refused he then said he would charge me for taking the tire off still even though he did not perform a service he was very rude and I will never come again

They spent more than an hour “fixing my truck” they were just wasting their time and wasting mine, 5 of them and none of them were doing anything but one of them was very busy kissing in the office with his girlfriend, they finished their work and the next day what they “fixed” returned to the same thing, I asked for a guarantee and they simply said no.

My car had been overheating and running out of coolant, pulled up and one of the hoses was leaking. However after driving off and heading out of town my car began to overheat when I was in Waco. The shop was already closed but I was able to get a hold of the manager, and he gave me some tips on how to drive back safely, and told me to take the car back in the next day. Took a while but the guys didn't give up, I was embarrassed and felt like I was being a handful because my car kept overheating and I kept coming back. The guys were extremely patient, polite, respectful, needless to say professional, and didn't give up. Finally I ended up leaving the car with them for a week while I was out of town and when I got my back and picked up my vehicle, not only was the issue resolved but they had also taken care of a huge scrape I had on my driver's side. They buffed it out and you couldn't even notice that my car had gotten hit.
