Because I was helping them find the Tires I wanted for crying 😢 😭 🙃 out loud, then they started charging me for restocking fees 😆 🤣 😂, It's ok, but they're not really happy about either way because I only want to buy used Tires instead of new tires after I told why do I need new tires of the old 🚗, I don't think They're know how to treated the customer so they're thinking about coming back to the shop ever again, It's a punch of fool working there 😀 😉 😜, God bless them, Thank you...

If I could give this place one star I would ! I went to this tire shop got a new tire , they never reset my tires or added air after switching them . Not even 1 hours later I was having to put air into my tire . A few hours later I had to add more air . Once I got home by morning when it was time for me to go to work my air pressure was on 12 . I put air before work I got off work and my tire was completely flat . I put more air and drove 45 mins back to this location. Just for them to attempt to PLUG my tire after I just bought it brand new yesterday. He wasn’t trying to give me a new tire as I paid for. After explaining my frustration we settled on I just wanted a full refund and my original tire on! . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all the way I was talked to and handled by his younger employees and he allowed it lets me know business probably usually operates like this !

They did a good job on changing the bowl joints in my two front tires. But I rated them low because Mr. Garcia inflated prices of the parts. They charged me $70 each for Chrysler 2011 bowl joint and he refused to give me receipt. Later I found out that the parts are $35 in auto shops. I asked him about it, he became very furious and angry, then he asked me to go buy my cheap bowl joint and bring it to him replace it ans . then charge me doubled for the labor. He was sweet at first till the parts issue. Make sure you confirm cost of parts prices online before you pay

Something pierced my tire and it came out causing my tire to go down as I was on my way here. The gps kept taking me in circles. I called to ask the price for patching $20. I asked to change to my spare tire $10. I called back to see what they were next to because of the gps taking me round and round. He kept telling me his address and I kept saying I have the address what are you next to. He hung up the phone on me and my co worker called him to find out where exactly they were located. He was doing the same thing kept repeating his address. I had to end up pulling over with this now bad tire. Thanks to this guy near by. He didn’t have the jack etc and asked the guys at office and then he put my spare on for me $0. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow morning smh.

I called the shop in the afternoon, and the owner is very friendly and made sure to take care of all of my needs. I've had the tire pressure light in my car for a very long time. He took care of my front tires, put pressure on all my tires, oil change, and electrical issues -all less than 1 hour and a great price!! They also took credit card transactions, which is amazing 👏 I will be recommending their business to many of my friends and family going forward!!

I literally stay around the corner from this tire shop; I didn’t know this tire shop was open late ; I CALLED and he ask me my tire size ,and told me the amount ,and 10 minutes later I’m getting my tire put on ; y’all it’s almost 10pm omg y’all please call and he will open up for you hands down best late night tire shop in Houston Thanks Marvin

Great Deals & Great Tires. I Never knew I was getting Scammed from my last tire place till I came here. He was really nice and gave me a Great deal on my tires. I truly recommend coming to this place. Oh and if you have a flat tire he will come to you to fix it.

They are in fact not open 24 hours. They will make appointments or respond to emergencies monday thru thursday. The service is great tho, 4 stars for that.
