I literally just left and I asked to check all 4 tires due to issues with hard shaking while driving. The guy said it was my passengers front which indeed was not. My car was still shaking and After driving for 30 minutes my tire blew out on the drivers side. I literally ask him if the other tires were fine and he stated yes! No refund, stuck on the side of road! Make sure you have professionals please. Will not be going back

I thought I needed a plug and they said it would be 25$. After looking at the tire they said all I needed was a new valve stem. Cost me $15 and they were quick. Thanks!

DO NOT go get your car inspected here. There is this lady who has the most unprofessional customer service. She is rude and literally acts like any questions you ask is bothering her. I get it some times we have our bad days, but this has happened for the past 3 years. She gets visibly annoyed if you have your insurance card on your phone. News flash girly everything is pretty much done electronically. Just save your time and go somewhere else because she can ruin your day.

Go anywhere else. I bought 4 tires, they only gave a 3 day warranty and 4 days later the tread of my tire literally peeled off while going down the road. They're selling bad tires and they don't even care.

They guys were friends and fast at changing out my tires. The only thing I can say bad about this place is the price. I paid $40 to have my 2 tires changed out.

These Awesome Dudes are the real deal!! I brought my 2021 Honda Civic Sport in. It needed 4 rare sport tires. Discount Tire and Walmart didn't have them!! Garcia did. In and out in 30 minutes. 2 months and 10,000 miles later, I travel for work. No leaks. No flats. Like new!! I highly recommend these guys. Very Reliable!!!

Please start using torque sticks or torque wrench when reinstalling wheels to a car. These connect directly to an impact wrench. I've noticed yall using impact wrench directly to the lug nuts or wheel studs. Not good. My cars lug nuts stripped out while putting a spare tire on side of road shortly after y'all installed my tires after a flat tire repair. My car was left stranded since lug nuts stripped out and had to tow to auto shop for new hub bearing. Usar una barra de torsion es muy importante al reinstalar las ruedas porque no la barra de torsion asegura que las tuercas de las ruedas se aprieten correcta. Una barra de torsion (extensión limitadora de torsion) esta echa para trabajar con una llave de impacto y se flexiona una vez que se alcanza un limite de torsion preestablecido, evitando cualquier apriete adicional. Esto ayuda a evitar apretar demasiado o insuficientemente las tuercas de las ruedas. Si no usas una barra de torsion, pueden ocurrir varios problemas: Apretar insuficientemente las tuercas puede hacer que las ruedas se aflojen con el tiempo, lo que puede causar que la rueda se desprenda del vehículo mientras se conduce, lo que potencialmente podría resultar en una perdida de control y un accidente grave. Apretar demasiado puede estirar los pernos más allá de sus límites, lo que lleva a la falla de los pernos y tambien puede causar daños al cubo de la rueda, los rotores de freno y la propia rueda. Las tuercas de las ruedas demasiado apretadas pueden ser difíciles de quitar y pueden requerir una fuerza excesiva o herramientas especiales para aflojar.

The good: Great location. Prices seem reasonable. The bad: Customer Service needs some work. I've been here two times attempting to get my car inspected. First time, after a prolonged wait, employee had an adversarial attitude rejecting my state ID + temporary ID (new address) combo as valid forms of ID. (This isn't true.) Second time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I was wrong. I waited for an extended amount of time while multiple employees, doing nothing, started at me. I drove away after about 15 minutes of this. Final thoughts: convenient location; probably better bang for your buck elsewhere.

Bought a used tire from them. Not even 2 days later my car was squeaking and then 2 more days it was shaking. The guy who put my tire on over torqued and cross threaded my lug nuts. Two of my lug nut studs and one of my rotor retainer screws snapped. I have been out of a car for 3 days now.

Christmas Eve night and a blowout. An invisible road hazard on the highway from an earlier wreck and the tire destroyed. The local retail tire shops did not carry the correct replacement tire size. I was faced with 100+ miles on a donut tire then replacement after Christmas. Garcia's Tire Shop in Waco had a used tire the correct size. Not perfect, but perfect enough for late night Christmas Eve. These men worked after dark and did a fine job to get me on the road. Priceless.
