this guy is a theft eh charge for state inspection and then no have the permit for motor vehicle for do inspection he charge to me$ 275 for inspection because he said my car need the oxygen sensor but i passed anyway he selling car we out dealer license he rollback miles this guy is a criminal how he cant have a business
