My medical transportation driver used this company to fix her car. I personally rely on drivers, like this person who used this company, for medical transportation Monday through Saturday and with the shortage of drivers this doesn't make it any easier for people like me. I had been in her car previous to her taking it here and the condition of her car after her getting it back was shockingly unbelievable for the condition was worsened and there were things that were done to her car that were intentionally to be - for lack of a better word: a cover-up of the shottiness done to her vehicle and also a way to make things less easy to access so that her car could get properly looked at by mechanics (who actually wanted to do work regardless of it being hard because it was what they did for a living). Long story short, this seems as if she had gotten taken advantage of either because of her being a woman or desperation to getting her car fixed because this was her car that she used for her own making of a living. She paid for work that wasn't done and even though they admitted to something happening within their care, they left her with body work needing to be also done in addition to the added mechanical work and the initial work she had taken it in for. Scams all around if you are a female taking your car to this place and you are alone and do not know mechanics.

Garner Automotive is the BEST! I highly recommend Steve Iiams and his team for your automotive repair needs. I have been very satisfied with the work they've done on my vehicles. The staff is HONEST, friendly, dependable, and you can rely on the fact that their work is done correctly. They go above and beyond expectations. Pricing is fair. I've never been misled or told I needed something done that I didn't. I'm very grateful that I have a place I can take my autos to and walk away feeling extremely satisfied. Steve and his team came highly recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them highly as well.

!!! Ryan messaged me from the owner's email to tell me he didn't like this review. Made an appointment here after getting work done because a friend recommended this place. When I called to explain what work I had already gotten from the other shop Ryan hit me with "why don't you just take it back to that shop then" ... ok I guess I will :( sorry to bother you How petty. I did nothing wrong and was really looking forward to going here. Just wanna be clear, I had an appointment and decided to cancel it today because of Ryan's unprofessional and totally uncalled for responses.

I took my car here for a second opinion for my check engine light code and possible repair. They were very thorough with diagnostic and even kept it overnight to run tests to figure out what was really going on. They were able to figure everything out and even point out that the dealer proposal was overcharging for labor by $1000! They were very professional and honest with the whole process and I will be coming back and recommending them to my friends and family.

My family and I have been attending Garner Auto for more than 30 years when Jack Garner who was the former owner. The new management has withheld the excellent standings created by Jack for Customer Service, reliable and fair pricing and timely service. I have been in Customer Service for over 50 years and must say Garner Auto is at the top of its field. A very special shout out for Ryan the services manager. Ryan is reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, and always has the most outstanding customer service skills. Ryan is a joy to work with and he is an incredible asset to the Garner automotive team. All of the mechanics and staff at Garner Auto are outstanding, you can trust them with your vehicle. You will not be unhappy with the service you receive. Said I missed my appointment. When brought car in early. The day b4 appointment .........early. I said it was on the 2 nd. And he tells me I'm wrong. Get me in , in 8 days he tells me. Called brakemax and they told me leave it in morning. And was done in 3 days like they said

I hit a rock near here and it caused something on the bottom to dislodge and drag on the ground. So this was one of the closest places that look like they were open. And Ryan is super sweet on is taken care of it for me right on the spot. I really appreciate the help because I'm disabled and I didn't know what else to do.

Took my vehicle for failed emissions 1500 later engine light back on only 200 miles later same exact problem now they want me to fork out more money, I'd try another place first. . Even after they had my car over a month and when I went to pick it up my ac wouldn't change from defrost no more, place is a joke.
