Garner German Garage is by far heads above any of the other choices you have in the Triangle for Volkswagen service... especially compared to the local dealers. My recent experience with Ricky Opperman was nothing short of stellar, from start to finish. His knowledge, workmanship and pricing, far exceeded any experience I've had with Volkswagen service in the last ten years that I have owned four different Jetta and Passat TDI's. I recommend Ricky Opperman to all my friends that have German vehicles. A+ on every level. This is a man you can trust.

I was blown away by the service by Ricky. I could tell from the first phone call that he is acutely aware that his business is built on honest connections with his customers. I was in a bind and Ricky got me in right away, fixed my car while I waited and was super fair on pricing. I don’t want my car to break down again but if it does, I know where I’m going.

Exceptionally pleased with the work done on my 2008 VW Jetta. The check engine light issue was correctly diagnosed the first time, parts required were ordered and delivered over night. The car was picked up by noontime. All performed for a very reasonable price. This garage actually is interested in working on VW cars of 2008 vintage.

Ricky couldn’t have been better when it came to catastrophic TDIssues. He walked me through the problems and worked with me on the right solution for my budget. He was honest and extremely helpful in a difficult time and while it wasn’t inexpensive, I was confident that the work was done right. I won’t be taking my VW anywhere else for service in the triangle area.
