This body shop did an awesome job! My vehicle looks better than it did the day I bought it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress. They made the process so easy. If I should need a body shop again, they definitely have a repeat customer! Cheryl Beamon

Couldn’t have had a better experience with these guys. They made the process of dealing with insurance and getting a rental as easy as possible and my truck looks brand new like it hadn’t been dented up or fixed at all. The turnaround was quicker than expected and it definitely seemed like it was a priority. They’re honest, professional and skilled in their craft which is all you can ask for in a mechanic of any kind. Highly recommend.

We have used Garriss several times for work repair on a car which they did an awesome job. We used then for towing also. Great company, owner and office staff were great. Highly recommend! They showed so much compassion when we had our wreck.

Garris came within twenty minutes to get my vehicle when it hydroplaned and left it undrivable a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for your service Garris unfortunately we had to meet that way but they do business very well.

I was told 2 different times I was going to be able to pick up my car, on both occasions I took the time off work but was than lied to and couldn’t pickup the car for one reason or another. On the day I actually got the car they said it was delayed because they were “cleaning it up” the car was covered in dust and dirt and the seats were covered in dust as well. Completely unprofessional but I just wanted to get my car and leave, when I got back I looked close and noticed my drivers side mirror that had a massive gash in the paint from the accident had not been fixed at all and was the same exact way it was when I dropped the car off. Along with the that my front drivers side rim was damaged in the accident and again nothing was done to fix or replace it, BUT they felt the need to still charge me $125 for the rim “repair” when nothing was done at all. I’ll be contacting GEICO ASAP and getting the work finished somewhere else and I suggest you do the same.

I had a rattle in my car that was driving me crazy. Took one quick ride around and 5 minutes and it was fixed. This is the second time I have used Garriss. I had them replace a windshield and I have been happy both times now. The service is from professional employees. Highly recommend.
