Gary’s was suggested to me by a friend and I was so pleased with my experience! I dropped my car off right before closing on a Tuesday and Logan had it fixed up and back to me by lunchtime Thursday. This was an unexpected car problem which can be stressful but the experience was fantastic. I work nearby and will be suggesting them to all my co-workers! I’m so thankful I found this shop.

I had a flat tire and AAA recommended Gary’s so I had the tow truck driver take me there. They were super nice and helpful. They had my tire replacement at their warehouse and were able to pick it up reasonably quickly and get me back on the road as fast as possible. I really appreciate them making me their priority. They seem very efficient and professional.

I feel positive about my experience with Gary's Auto . I feel like they do a good job and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I have been to shops that I felt like I had been taken advantage of because the problem was still there.

Gary's is a little diamond in the rough! Recommended to me by a friend, I wouldn't have found them otherwise, but they were exactly what I wanted. They diagnosed and fixed my problem the next day after I stopped in. My 2016 car was suddenly running really! rough on the highway and I thought the worst, but Gary's fixed me up with new spark plugs at a reasonable price and also took care of a few other little things while I was in there. Compare that to your dealer service. Running like a top again. Thanks, Gary's!

It's one of the worst feelings: experiencing car trouble on a long road trip. Not only is it stressful, but one is at the mercy of whichever car repair place is willing to do emergency repairs on top of their already busy schedule. We had been limping our way north for a few days, so we were a bit worn out with the expense and tension of it all. I really appreciate the folks at Gary's. They were kind, compassionate, and honest. We were back on the road the next day for the final leg of our trip. Success! Thanks for taking care of us.

I gave this company my car for an entire week four times. They literally had it sit in their parking lot for the entire week each time, and got nothing done. Didn't even order parts, which was why we rescheduled week #2 an #3. It took almost three months for my car to be repaired. Then after finally getting the car back the emergency button broke, which I've learned is from liquid damage. I didn't and haven't spilled anything on my console. They refused to repair it. My experience was from two years ago, but I keep getting texts and emails so I'm posting this now. I know the person in charge of my car was fired, which is one of the things that slowed everything down, but I am so dissatisfied with my experience that I'm posting it now.

I was first introduced to Gary's while employed as a Fleet Manager for a local company. At first they only took care of a few vehicles, but eventually I started sending all of our fleet (60+ vehicles) to them for repairs as their incredible service impressed me so much. I have since moved on from said company, but from what I've heard they still send all their vehicles to Gary's. Due to my satisfaction with Gary's as a fleet manager, I began taking my own vehicles to them for service and repairs and haven't once been let down. They are reliable, fair, trustworthy, and usually priced lower than just about anyone in the area.

I would have liked a specific time for my appointment so I didn’t have to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated.

Really not happy with their service they first quoted me like 186$ and then they had it for over 24 hours to just call me the next day and tell me it’s actually about 940$ after I had gotten another quote for about 430$. Now I gotta pay 185$ just to get it out after them just telling me what I already knew was wrong. Very very unsatisfied

Was lucky to meet Jeff and have him and the crew bring my totaled car back to life after it was hit by a bus. My car is good as new, they did everything for an honest price and within my time frame. Very grateful to everyone who helped me including Jeff and Kim. I’ll be going to Gary’s for any work I need done in the future

Gast and very friendly. Went to get my flat repaired and the first place i stopped said 3 hours and i really didn't have that time so I stopped at Gary’s as a friend recommended and i was in and out with my tire repaired in 15 minutes. Thank you!
