I received top notch customer service from the moment I got there and beyond when I left. The body work done on my truck went beyond my expectations. I felt that the work was done promptly and fair in price. The manager kept us up to date with the repair progress. I felt the employees were very polite and kind. I will definitely recommend them and I have confidence in using them again.

Gary’s is fast and very nice. Easy to work with and gives you updates on your vehicle. I would 100 percent recommend them. Be sure to ask for Kyle. He is amazing and will take care of you.

I took my car into Gary’s Body Shop after hitting a deer. It was the first time there. I was very satisfied with their work and give them an A+. They provided an estimate and scheduled me to bring my car in that week. They worked with my insurance company and completed the work on time. The work and paint match was great! They even detailed my car before I picked it up! Their communication and updates were appreciated. They are now my preferred body shop in the area. Thanks to Kyle at Gary’s Body Shop, good job!

Reviews are everything they can either make or break a business. I read the reviews on Gary’s when my car was in an accident. They worked in a timely manner with my insurance company. Answered all my questions very professional personnel I got my car back it’s beautiful excellent bodywork everything is working I would highly recommend Gary’s Auto Body In Crossville. Gary’s Body Shop in Crossville TN deserves my 5 stars! I took my 2018 Honda CRV into their Shop this week to get my left front fender repaired. Gary’s Body Shop exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated, completed the repair and returned my car in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with their repair. Gary’s Body Shop, you won’t be disappointed.

My insurance company recommended Gary’s. Not only did Gary’s look at my car that day and schedule me within the week (to allow for parts delivery), Paul also looked at my insurance policy: the claims person had said my deductible would be $250; Paul read the fine print and said it was $100. My car looks great! It was delivered on time and with NO hassle. While I hope I never have to have more collision work done, I do I know I’ll go to Gary’s and recommend them to anyone. An all around super experience. Thank you, Paul and staff.

Paul helped me coordinate my insurance covered repairs. He was very easy to work with, kept my updated with progress, and overall very helpful. The work that was done was excellent. I can't tell that my car was ever hit.

I couldn't tell that my car was repaired. The paint work was emaculant. The staff was very friendly I could't be more pleased. I recommend Garys to anyone that needs their car repaired
