I initially obtained Corey’s services to assess a vehicle I was planning on purchasing and was immediately impressed with his promptness and thoroughness. I then inquired about his knowledge of other vehicles. I asked him to come take a look at my 2014 BMW 528i. This would be my 1st time seeking repair services outside of the BMW shop, so I was very apprehensive, yet curious if he could actually repair it. Again, Corey was punctual! I knew what the issue was with my car as it had been diagnosed earlier by the shop as an issue I would need to address in the upcoming future. Without me telling him, he located the problem, which was impressive, and he assured me he could repair it and he did! However, days later I noticed something was still going on with my car. I called Corey and he set a day/time to come back out as it concerned him also. Upon his return and checking out the issue, he located what was happening which was NO FAULT of his or his previous repair. It was simply a hairline crack elsewhere. I purchased the part, he replaced it for me, and my car has run smoothly ever since! Afterwards, I referred a friend to him who drives a 2020 Range Rover. She too has now become a new and forever customer!

Corey is outstanding, I'm so thankful for his help and the readiness he came roadside to get my truck fixed and back on the road. He was professional and respectful the entire time, even taking the time to allow me to ask questions and he "show and tell". I'm grateful for the knowledge he shared, and the attention to safely getting my truck operating again.

I'm most appreciative of Corey Jackson he was very prompt and on time as a businessman myself I understand that certain things happened. Scheduled An Appointment for Diagnostic Then rescheduled due to vacancy He made an executive decision not to honor appointment for no apparent reason after two week wait. Extremely Unprofessional!!!
