Such a crappy place to go to. They gave a vehicle back to an older couple and as they drove away their tire fell off. Then all the "mechanics" that work there all drink beer all day while there working on people's vehicles. No wonder why they mess up so much. It's confusing as to see why they have 4 stars out of 5. Highly do not recommend. My family member went there and they were very short and rude to her as well. Do not go here!

First time taking my car there. Have been going to my Subaru dealer since buying my car in 2016.. thought I would go to a local garage near my home.Friends recommended this place. Close to my house. Cost is less than going to the dealer i bought my car from. Easy to get an appointment. Fast service. Will continue to go there.

I've had excellent service with numerous vehicles at Gasper's. These guys have kept my cars running! They tried and solved various mysteries on my cars. When they couldn't help me figure out why I was continuously replacing headlamps on my Volkswagen CC they referred me to Martin Automotive. I really felt happy with both places! I'm grateful for these guys who know their stuff! They never have tried to upsell me. Reasonable prices! Great Value! This review is long overdue because they have provided 5 star services repeatedly!

Fairly new transplant from milwaukee (and my decades long mechanic) ive stopped around and had work done in sheboygan/falls/howards grove areas. Then i was recommended this spot by a friend who had wonderful service; honest,friendly and very fair pricing. I likely found our new local mechanics !

So I've been looking for a good, honest, and fair priced mechanic in Sheboygan for quite some time. Wally from Kiel Auto is all this but not as local. I trust Wally as I do Gasper's. They run the same way in the qualities everyone looks for. I had brought my van there for a break leak and they found the issues and repaired them quickly and for a fair price. I will never ever go to any other place as they do good work. The van is now in there again for suspension issues from having someone else do the work and bailed out. I brought it to Gasper's as I know they will again make sure that I'm safe on the road again. I'm very pleased with their work, pricing, and customer service and strongly recommend this place to anyone with issues. I already referred my best friend there as he is happy with the service as well. Thanks again Gasper's!!!

I called to get my brakes serviced. They were able to get my car in the next day, and they had my car ready for me a few hours after I brought it in. They finished the job quickly and their great customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend Gaspers! I will be back for future service.

I had gone to these guys for oil changes for a couple of years, because my stepdad referred me, and at first I thought they were pretty good, and lowest in price... well after COVID, I guess they went downhill because the price for an oil change jumped from about $35 to$59.00!!! I was shocked. I had other car issues that they played dumb about and couldn't even give me any straight answers about a loud noise my car made, while driving, even AFTER I brought it in for oil changes, when I suggested it was my alternator, they had no clue what it was (or just didn't want to tell me)! And to top that off, they say they top off ALL fluids, when doing oil changes... well they had no clue, (the last time I brought it in for the oil change, that they charged $25 more, than the last time), that they FORGOT to top off my BRAKE FLUID, which was completely bone dry!! I guess they didn't care if it would've caused me an accident, and only about MAKING MORE MONEY! So, I asked Walmart auto to check my tires, since I bought them there, and if they could find anything wrong because I heard rubbing, and was told by a coworker that it could be brake fluid issues, and Walmart was nice enough to check it for FREE, and told me my brakes fluid was dry (even though they don't do those services)!!! They helped me find the right fluid, so I could FILL IT MYSELF!!! Incompetent people at Gaspers! I will never go back there! I guess they like to try to make an extra few bucks off women, because they think we're too stupid, to see through the dishonesty. Sorry guys, but you suck.

Sold me a bad battery called "Ameristart" that I never heard of before. Give me a refund. Very rude told one lie after another. Very aggressive and threatening behaviour. The battery I had was good to begin with and I'm still driving with it. Offered no warranty with the bad battery that he said was new. Wrote on the receipt that the battery was Labor in one spot and shop supplies in another. Be very careful with this guy get your old part back to make sure he installed the new one. Also check your receipt from him for any warranties implied.

Had my headlight housing replaced and both blinkers fixed - these guys are awesome! Polite, friendly, did great work and did it really fast! I'm very impressed, best treatment I've received as a woman at an auto shop. Highly recommend!

The guys at Gasper are great. I have been going here for 2 years and I always recomend them because they are incredibly nice. Thier prices are reasonable and they will explain the prices or anything else if you want more information! As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars I feel confident they are not trying to trick me or get me to do work that doesnt need done. They are always respectful and polite!

Very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful and trustworthy mechanics that always provide me and my vehicle with excellent service! They are prompt in getting things done and taken care of. I'm so thankful that I was recommended to their auto clinic a few years ago and will continue to recommend them to others!!
