This morning, our son hit a pothole on 490 on his way to work and popped his front passenger tire. We contacted our insurance company for a tow, and they assigned Gates Towing. Pedro Ortiz was the driver, and he was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what would happen. You can tell he truly loves what he does, which made a stressful situation much easier. We highly recommend Gates Towing and especially Pedro for their great service!

Had a wonderful experience. From the scheduler, Scott, to the gentleman, Pedro, that actually came and got my car it was great service. Professional, kind and timely. They even sent me a picture of the car when it arrived to the shop. Would highly recommend Gates Towing.

I just want to say that Pedro Ortiz is one of the coolest tow truck drivers I know. I had a van stuck behind a house and could not get it out. Pedro came with his tow truck and worked his magic and some how got it out. I would Recommend him to anyone. Once again thank you Pedro Ortiz. Pedro Ortiz is an incredible asset to the company. I was having one of the worst days of my life, and he showed up with a smile, ready to help get my car to the collision ship. He tried everything- and when my car would not start, he said “don’t worry- we are getting your car out of here today.” He single handedly pushed my car while I steered (uphill!) so that he was able to get it on his flatbed. I know that he is not required to do this-he helped me out of the goodness of his heart. What an amazing employee and person. There is only one person I will be trusting with my towing needs from now on. Thank you for everything you did, Pedro! I was sure lucky to meet you today!

I needed my car towed and used roadside assistance through Chrysler, so I didn’t get to choose the towing company. Gates Towing was super friendly (I spoke with two different people) and their communication was great as far as timing. Highly recommend!
