First time taking my Nissan Juke to Gateway Auto and I was very satisfied with their service. I go or an online appointment for very next morning, dropped off car after brief consultation with Alex(who was polite and respectful and knowledgeable, Alex communicated what was found to needing repaired within a couple of hours, I told him what I would get fixed , Alex texted me my service was complete in under 2hours! Picked up my car and paid a reasonable amount for back brakes and some issues I will get fixed in the near future at Gateway Auto on 133rd and B .

I have to say I was really impressed with Gateway Auto in Papillion on 110th and Harrison street. They are honest, knowledgeable and concerned about your concerns, not theirs. They appreciate your business. Also a very nice lounge, you see in high end dealerships. I know this is my "go to place for auto repair". They are also an all in one, Service, Collision and Auto sales. A great place and an asset to the Omaha area. They also service high end cars,

Once again I had an incredible experience with gateway. They are always doing extra inspections while my car is there and treating it like their own. With an incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy staff it’s hard for me to justify leaving my car anywhere other than gateway

I bought my Chevy Equinox from here two years ago. It burns through 4 quarts of oil every 5 weeks or so and they replace the oil no charge!

For 20 years I went to the same trusted mechanic for fear of getting ripped off again at places like Jensen Tire. I switch things up and started going to Gateway's new location which was close by to me, after a recommendation. I'm very pleased with the convenience of going to a well staffed shop, where I have the option to wait for my vehicle during routine maintenance. I also really appreciate that they will advise before agreeing to do unnecessary work - it's quite literally the opposite experience I've had over less trusted repair shops. Lastly, I've always gotten a follow up by text where they answer lingering question. Thanks, Gateway auto for the consistently great experience!

Had two tires replaced with rotate and balance. We had a small hiccup with a center cap but worked with the office team to figure out a solution. Definitely recommend this shop for vehicle needs.

I have taken my 2003 Ford Thunderbird here multiple times and had a great experience every time. Booking is very easy in a super convenient location while having my car done the same day every time. The last time I went the part needed was not in stock and arrived after a month. They couldn’t control the time it took to arrive but had the job done almost immediately after the part showed up. Communicating and trusting them is very easy as they give you consistent updates with very transparent pricing and explanation before any work is done. I definitely recommend them and will keep taking my own vehicles there.

I was from out of town and headed to a family member’s heart surgery. They got me in very quickly, performed diagnostics and found the problem. When I asked how much I owed, they told me nothing, only that they hoped my day got better! This sold me on having them repair it instead of taking it back to my home town four hours away. They quoted a 10-15 hour job but when they got in there, they found the issue was something different than they thought. It was only a five hour job. Great customer service. Great communication and great work! I would recommend Nate and Alex any day!
