I was driving thru this state and had tire problems. Many other shops failed to help, called this place and DEV told me to come in. His guys fixed me up immediately and got me back on the interstate. Great team, great guys, would recommend to anyone needing auto service.

Don’t go here unless you just need air in your tires! Dropped my car off here and when I picked up the car a week later , it could barely make it home! Car was in a worse condition than when I dropped it off! The lead mechanic, Dave, told they did a rewiring of the transmission but now there is a computer issue that only Ford could fix then charged me $1000. When I took it to Ford, they said all my wires were out of place and I just needed a wiring harness which only cost me $500. Gateway auto tire basically charged me $900 to mess my car up with no type of sorry or reimbursement. Waste of money and time!

Had an issue with back part of bumper being too close to my tire. They smacked it back in place for me within a good amount of time, were very friendly and didn't charge me for it. Great guys here!

I went for the 1st time today. He was highly recommended. I had anxiety about how much work I needed. He is well liked and had a lot of customers but managed to squeeze me in. He also takes care of the community which is why he is amazing. Thank you for all you did.

Had problems with the my brake rotors and pads and felt like corporate shops were overcharging me. David explained to me they were and gave me a fair price and got it done in few hours. Was super courteous, understanding and from all the other people in the shop, he’s a man of the people just trying to help.

Had a flat tire, they put on a used tire and charged me $85. You can definitely find a mechanic that is more affordable. I found out SALAMA Tire Shop up the street charges $40 to fix a flat tire, oh and that includes the tire and service!! Definitely go to Gateway Auto if you want to be overcharged

During a bad storm on a weekend, we got two flat tires on the drivers side of our car. We had it towed to Gateway who was closed for the weekend and the holiday. When we got there Wed AM to drop off the keys and explain what happened, David already had a quote ready for us! Not only that, but they caught our bad brakes on the back before we had to buy rotors and offered to fix those for us as well. Prices were great, owner was honest and transparent, work was done in a day...all around amazing experience and we will absolutely go here first for any car issues moving forward!

Getting off work Tuesday before Thanksgiving a little early about seven blocks away from the job my tire blew out. Made a few calls nobody could come and help at least for up to 2 hours just happened to Google the closest tire location to where I was they were literally 2 minutes away I rode there on three tires and a rim. He happened to have a tire to fit my car gave me a decent price and also gave me some advice on some more work I might need He literally just saved the day for me so thankful.

This place is woresty place I came to get inspection for my vehicle they told me all my tires need to replace I told them put it used tires and they put on old tires my tires was better than and they charged me $600 dollars for 3 used tires which i changed it again
