I used this place when my daughters car had a flat. She was at AState and I was in TN. One phone call and everything was handled. They were fast and polite and didn't try to upcharge me for anything. Great job Gateway. Highly recommend!

I was in need of a new set of tires and was shopping around for quotes. I stopped in at Gateway, and I was very pleased with my service. Michael Thomas helped me. He not only dug and researched to accommodate my unique tire sizes, he even made some calls to other local places to help me try and find the best option. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend shopping at Gateway for tires or any of their other services!

First come first serve is the way they allegedly operate. However, they will let you sit there for HOURS only to tell you they do not have the part and can’t take care of it. Then make you wait MORE HOURS to address the other issue, claiming there are several others in front of you, when, in fact, you’ve been there ALL DAY. Bad business management and it is a shame.

On July 19th I called for a truck alignment. Man on phone saids " It's first come first severed". I got there just before 11AM, man at the desk said got a couple ahead of you shouldn't be too long. This is a big place lots of bays. At 1pm I asked another desk guy to check on my truck. He said I am next up. I am hungry at this point so I walked down to a Subway Sandwich and ate. At 4pm, five hours after giving them my truck, they had not started working on my vehicle. I advised them to go get my truck from the back lot, that I was done with them. Very unprofessional

A bunch of crooks who take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know much about cars. A friend of mine took her car in for an alignment and brake pad replacements and they did a whole bunch of other thing without permission and are charging her 1100$ for it

Had my breaks done today, and it was nearly $200 LESS than I expected. They are always super busy but that’s because everyone keeps coming back with that understanding be read to drop off or be ready to wait hours that is the only down side. There waiting room is large and comfortable with tables with power slots for laptops and USB charging ports. Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and professional.

I requested a quote and specifically asked them to call me before doing anything that would increase the price. They assured me they would. When I went to pick it up, they charged me double. When I questioned it, the manager of the service center was immediately aggressive and talked down to me. When I told him I had asked to be called if the quoted price was changed, he just said well it had to be done and if I didn't pay they'd undo all the work they had done. I asked if they still had the two tires they had replaced. No one could answer that. So apparently they couldn't just undo it. If they had called me like I asked, I would have told them to cancel everything. Dishonest company.

Gateway Tire is a perfect place to drop your car off and pick it up later they did a great job and did everything I asked them to do and it's NOT at a unbearable price I give him five stars.

These guys work extremely hard getting service orders in and out. My wait time getting tires rotated on a busy day is never over an hour.

They have always been honest and did great work on my vehicles. With that being said I dropped my truck off get the breaks done. I was told it might not get done until tomorrow. I work nights slept through phone call of what needed to be done. Woke up at 5pm my boss texted and asked me to come to work. I called about 5:15 they close at 5:30. They put tires back on with a smile. I appreciated that so much I work in Memphis. So lunch was on me the next day. I guessed it right 20 employees were in the building. I appreciate everything Gateway does for my vehicles.

All four of my tires had to be replaced on my truck. Gateway gave me the choice to wait on my truck or they could call or text me once their finished with my truck. I left. When I got there they said only two tires were available for that day but ordered two more to be installed tomorrow. When I returned the next day they were ready for me. Got my truck done in great time. My boyfriend had the time to installed new brakes on my truck but one of the lugnuts were put on to tightly. He called Gateway and they said they would replace the problem to bring my truck back in. This time I waited and it was finished in no time at all. All in all they do a wonderful job and stand by their warranty. So if you want a great job and in a great time frame, go to Gateway. Thanks, Wendy

I went to Gateway Tire and Service Center on Friday morning to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Snacks were available and televisions were on. The wait was not long and their price was competitive. I would recommend them to anybody looking to get an oil change, tire rotation or any other service they offer.

Very quick service, lots of tires in stock, very friendly Service. If they don't have your tire they can have it at 7 am next morning.
