Truly the best experience. They took me at the end of the day to plug one of my tires. I was in need of new tires but afraid I couldn't afford them. They quoted me a 3rd of the price of another well known chain. John was super helpful and the techs did an excellent job.

Great guys here! They are all very friendly. Anyone that says anything different should try some of the other places, then they will know. They always go the extra mile. This is the place I take my vehicles. They have the best tire prices in town too!

We rented a U-Haul, no one in premises everything is done via internet. Our truck did not have a dolly that we had reserved, as noone was there to support we had to go without it.

Employee behind the counter was rude and argumentative when I attempted to rent a u-haul van on 24/7 pickup using the app. Stating that he needed to call my employer and confirm my employment or he wouldn’t rent me the vehicle. This information is not relevant to my ability to rent a vehicle nor is it my responsibility to be left high and dry due to the negligence of others with these vehicles. If company policy requires this than it needs to be removed from the mobile app so that customers are not wasting valuable time to just be turned away.

Honest and good service. If you need tires or something fixed on your car I can recommend this business! 1st place I went for a repair lied to me and told me I needed something expensive that I did not need. Then I went down the street and tried Covenant Tire - I am so glad I did!!! These gentlemen will be honest with you about what your car needs and give you a fair price. I will be going back there for my car maintenance and repairs.

I always leave good reviews until it came to this place. I work for the Government and been at the same job for 38 years and could not rent from Covenant Tire, because they have to call your job to verify employment and working for the government my job is NOT open on the weekends. People please hear me, Do Not Use this place.. I have never had any kind of problems renting from other Uhaul locations until now! I had my work ID and picture work ID, but that wasn't good enough!! They do not tell you anything about calling your employer. They need to change the way they treat their customers or they're going to go out of business. Not friendly at all!! Save time and go to a legitimate Uhaul rental. These folks are not too friendly... I do not recommend Covenant Tire center in Trussville!! Will not be back!!

This is - genuinely - the best UHaul I have ever used. And I have been a customer of UHaul for decades, and rented probably a hundred trucks and trailers over the years. The staff at Covenant are wonderful, to the point that I will consider them if I need a mechanic. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Whoever the mechanic was that worked 8/19/22 at 2:30 was a very rude man and does not have great customer service skills. Breathes hard and treats you like your dumb when you ask a question. Never and I mean never will get my business again. Whatever y’all did with the old mechanic bring him back. He was a nice dude. Ditch this chump.

Used Covenant Tire for their U-Haul service and they where a great help! There was an issue with the truck I was scheduled to pickup from another location and they took care of me! Ask for AJ and he will get you all set!
