Came out on a Sunday to repair a trailer tire. The guy was professional and efficient.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Was a good near by place to get service. My trailer’s wheel rim was dented and loosing air. Tire wasn’t damaged. He refused to replace wheel rim unless buy their tire. Don’t recommend, and will never go there again!!!

Not very professional to argue in front of the costumer, about who’s NOT gonna service their tire!! I was very embarrased!! Don’t recommend, and will never go there again!!!

I do not recommend this company employees have no experience and they are racist don’t not spend your money with this place they will charge you for new valve stems an will not install them

Ok. So I don't post reviews too often. But this is the exception..These guys took such great care of me!. Had a flat tire after work and my commute is over an hour so I needed a repair quickly. Gem City did the best job and took excellent care of me.Got a repair and got back on the road. Im so glad I found this place. When I need anything to do with tires, I'm definitely going back! Thanks so.much!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Was a good near by place to get tires and service but have put pricing through the roof and can't even compete with Goodyear anymore. All about sticking it to the customer at this place.
