Do not trust these guys they will over charge you and the manager Troy is very disrespectful and unprofessional this place need to be closed Troy talks to his employees how ever he wants talking down on them yelling and screaming saying he will fight them and etc I would not recommend anyone going here and the higher people don’t do anything about the way Troy does things I’m sure they will delete this comment as the did the last one anything to make gem city look good when they are not anything your needing done I would highly recommend going elsewhere gem city is not the place to go they will over charge you not do there job right and Troy is a very disrespectful unprofessional manager who need to be fired this place was so much better place when Josh was manager to bad gem city wouldn’t take care of him to stay u like Troy he should of never became manager

These guys are fantastic they can fix anything from a semi tire to a car tire to a lawn tractor tire. They're very good about things and they're always willing to help. They're my go-to place for tire repairs or for tires.
