The best garage I've ever done business with, hands down. Chris and Mike are experienced, straightforward, and fair. They just want to fix your car and have you spend the least you have to, with standard rates for parts and labor. Their techs are solid. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

My GO TO mechanics! Any issue I had with my car has been solved, or explained to me why there is a delay or more costs/parts needed in a clear and timely manner. I absolutely trust them with anything and they are affordable and appreciate customer loyalty. Highly recommend and 5 stars all around.

I had a leak in my coolant tank and they fixed it for me. They got my car back to me pretty fast and service was great. They didn’t try to upsell me anything and they just fixed what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back!

Mike and Chris always do a great job! My car has been serviced twice and they are always quick, efficient, reliable, and clean! I have never had such an honest and welcoming experience at an Autoshop! They are super professional and just fantastic. 10/10 recommend!

Chris ad Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with. I came into town to purchase a used vehicle in the area. These guys conducted and used car sale inspection and pointed out areas of concern. It gives you piece of mind to know that you're not buying a complete lemon. Also super kudos for the restroom. It was the cleanest, most well-stocked auto shop restroom that I've seen. Thank you fornthe great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Been going here for years. Went in today with a flat tire, 10 minutes before close and they set me up with a patch almost immediately. Free of charge and out the door driving again.

I meant to write this reviewer sooner, but about a week ago I had a tire that kept going flat, even after taking it to a different auto place. These guys were kind, honest, and quick. The problem was fixed within an hour and has not been a problem since. And they charged me 10x less than what NTB charged. So glad I finally found an honest auto shop and will definitely come to them again for any other issues.

The best place with an honest crew! I have been taking my car here for everything from oil changes to muffler replacement and am always given a fair price, transparent communications, and timely repairs/maintenance. This is one of the best auto mechanic shops around. Mike and Chris are easy to work with, knowledgeable and they are reasonable priced. If you need auto repair or new tires I highly recommend you give them a try because I do not think you will be disappointed. One thing is if you have to wait for your vehicle the waiting area is not the coziest place but the great customer service and prices make up for it.

The guys at General auto and tire are honest folks who do great work in a timely manner. They service both my 2014 Subaru and my 2001 GMC van. Highly recommend.

We have been using General Tire and Auto for several years. I don't know much about cars, but because of Chris and Mike, I don't have to ! They have always been straight up honest about repairs that are needed, and others that are not. They stand behind their work, and you will always know you're being treated fairly.
