My second time for scheduled service of 2023 GV70. Lynn was my Service Advisor and she informed me that they were also prepared to perform a recall repair. Lynn assured me that both services would be completed within the appointment original window. She had a loaner car for my use ready. I dropped my car off at 8:15AM and all work was done by 11 AM. My car was delivered back to me thoroughly washed and cleaned. Exemplary service and top notch operation.

Concierge/valet service is backed up for 2.5 months out. It's been like this for years. So, it's pretty much useless if you try to make an appointment when the service reminder comes up on your car. So I went with appointment to drop off the car in person instead. Luckily they had a loaner car for me (hence 3 stars instead of 2). Loaner car on the paper where I signed and the actual car was different (different color, vin and gas tank remainder). No problem here since I got the car to drive and they had no issue with it. But I wished it was more systematic and organized like other luxury brands. Lastly, the car wasn't washed and was only told after I asked that the detailer was out for the day. Seeing the car dirty after being serviced is far from being "luxury". At least attempt to come up with alternatives for your customers or inform beforehand.

I am so pleased their service. I was assisted by Lynn, she found available functions that I didn't noticed and set it up and found a ride( it was great experience.) as well as the car care. I am so glad I got a car from Hyundai.

Lynn was very nice and helpful. She took care of my requests professionally and also handled difficult situations such as the lack of physical keys gracefully. One downside was that it was quite difficult to locate the waiting area, and the area was crowded. Still the coffee was free and some seats were available, so it has basically everything I wanted from the place.

Lynn is very knowledgeable and explained to me what is involved with the service and the additional inspections on the vehicle. I am such a Happy Camper: the vehicle got a great report. Reasonably fast, kind service, ends up 4 starts. missing one star since we still have sensor issue (but not as often as before the service) and dont like that they dont provide loaner car (courtesy car) while our car is in service….

The service specialist Lynn was very helpful, Service in general was good. However the wait time to get checked in was far too long. It could be man power and or efficiency issue. Also there was no reminder a day or two before the appointment.
