Hard workers; for the most part. Interesting to watch one employee bounce around trying to look busy but never accomplishing what the dedicated employees are doing. I won’t lie; he was very personable chatting with customers. I am sure his coworkers would appreciate less talk and more of a helping hand.

Paid extra to have wheels & tires cleaned. Had to ask three times for that service the first two times employees could not understand english.Over all my truck looked horrible.

The only reason they deserve 1 star is the outside of my truck looked ok. I could type a lengthy review but I'll save myself the time and just attach pics. Yes, this is after the "car wash". There was a small leaf in the back floor. If they would have done anything the leaf would have been gone. I had a meeting to go to or I would have went back. Also, I asked for no fragrance but I got some terrible "new car" scent sprayed in my car. Ridiculous Never Again

I have come here before and the job was just ok. This time it was pretty bad. They didn’t even try to vacuum or even wipe the dash. Dust still everywhere, in seats, etc. If it hadn’t take way to long for this poor excuse of a cleaning I would have made them clean it again or asked for my money back. The only good thing about this place is the friendly cashier. Everyone else seemed to hate being there.

Very disappointed. The wheels looked like they had only been rinsed. The windows were not wiped/dried on the outside and untouched inside. The door jams were filthy and needed wiped. The dashboard was wiped off but not the center console or instrument panel. We could have gone to a cheap drive through car wash and achieved the same results but we wanted better and paid for better. But they did get the mud out of the wheel wells giving them three stars instead of two.

For $200+, I had my car completely detailed inside & out. Stains on the floor mats were cleaned very well. However, the detailer failed to properly DRY the mats after cleaning, and the moisture left in the mats began to mold overnight in the car, and the odor the next morning was awful. Genie needs to be sure that customers don't have to deal with this problem after spending that amount of money.

Normally I would have a great review because only place I like to take my car after a trip so it's ready to Uber when I get home but they are closed, I believe they were bought so no eta when they will reopen.

The vacuum person was so slow and confused. It took 50 minutes to vacuum and clean the interior of 3 cars and then mine.
