I would highly recommend this auto shop Dwayne the owner definitely went on and beyond to make sure that I understood exactly all the charges and what they would be fixing in my truck they even provided me with the loaner car no charge they test drove my truck and they even texted me a couple days after the repairs to make sure everything was still going good on my truck I think I found my main mechanic it's not easy to find good mechanics so definitely I would recommend going here . Thanks Dwayne and his teammates for a great experience!

Genuine Auto has the nicest people that work there & exemplify Customer Service. I love working with Katy. She always explains things in detail: what I need to fix and why and I never feel like I’m being ripped off. Not only do they do a great job mechanically every time, they take care of you when you have an emergency.

Was looking for a well-reviewed shop to bring a Sprinter van for maintenance; Katie at GAD was very kind and knowledgeable, and confirmed they have the necessary diagnostic equipment to connect to the computer in the Sprinter and put it up on a lift. Katie was able to schedule me for same-day service. They have a comfortable waiting area, and they seem to have a lot of experience especially with large vans and commercial vehicles. I particularly appreciate their concierge service, which will save me a lot of time not having to drop off/pick up the vehicle before and after service and uber back to the office etc.

I had oil changes and some more major work done on my cars and each time they were open and honest with me. Between the quality of the repairs and the environment i couldn't recommend their service more. A lot of my work is on the computer and their waiting area was comfy enough to get work done while i waited for the oil changes. When my car need more major work i was given a loaner so i could still get my day to day things done. Theres no other place i would recommend for that level of quality work and repairs Dwayne and the crew is always going to be genuine witth what your car really needs and the best way to go about it

Time to update this review. Genuine is now at its new, bigger location on Bratton Lane. Same great service, same exceptional expertise. As they say, don’t take your car to a weasel, bring it to Genuine Automotive & Diesel :-) Inviting lobby. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics. I brought in a Tacoma for an oil change. A small job for them, but the owner came out and welcomed me personally, and seemed sincerely happy to answer my questions about himself and his business. The price was fair and the service was prompt. All in all, I felt very comfortable here and won't hesitate to recommend them.

Took Truck F250 in for no cold air output from A/C. Took Truck in for no cold air output from A/C. GAD fixed the issue and also found my download pipes attached to the Turbo had holes in them and leaking (Good Catch). They replaced them and the Truck runs better and is less noisier. They picked up my Truck from my house and also delivered it back to me house. Great Service and a job well done.

Yep. Still the best mechanics and business I’ve ever dealt with. After needing some additional tuning from a wreck where my car should have been totaled, they have fixed whatever was needing to be fixed in a timely manner. Also the folks that work here are friendly and always enjoyable to have conversation with while waiting for things to be fixed. I am very thankful to have found this place and will continue to bring all of my vehicles here in the future. Thank you Genuine Team

This is my first time working with Genuine Automotive and Diesel, and I am very happy with the customer service I received, primarily from Abbey but the whole team. When the first set of repairs didn't fix it, they gladly took my vehicle back and did the best they could on price to finish it out. My Lincoln was always in good working order...until it wasn't. With GAD, I felt taken care of despite the difficulties.

Excellent customer service from first contact to checkout. Staff works hard to find you best parts and prices. I trust this business and it’s often hard to find knowledgeable mechanics and staff. I grew up in the shop with my brother and I am not someone who is easily tricked. I want to know the details and Genuine Automotive keeps good mechanics notes also.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Genuine. So I'll try to be concise. They worked on my 12 year old Mazda3, when the "check engine" light came on. Here's what wow'd me about their service: 1) The people - Melissa is their front desk person and she is so warm and friendly. It felt like having my sister or friend take me through the process. Dwayne, the owner, took the time to not only send me an electronic report of what was going on with my car, but he also called and went over it with me. He clearly cares that his customers understand what's going on with their car. 2) The perks - they offer a concierge service, so Dwayne actually dropped me off at my house while they were working on my car. When they had to keep the car over the weekend, they loaned me a car at no extra charge. 3) The service - the turnaround was timely, especially during a holiday week, and or course they fixed the car successfully. I also appreciate that they use CarFax and update it so they'll keep track of the history of your car for you. 4) The location - they're convenient to both my business and my home, which is nice. I'll absolutely be returning to Genuine Automotive. Follow-up review: I brought my Toyota RAV4 to Genuine Automotive after the dealership quoted me a laundry list of items needing repair that came to about $500. I wanted a second opinion. I called and talked to Liz. She was great. She went through each item line by line and gave me a price comparison. Some things were cheaper, some a little more expensive, but she explained the reason for each quite clearly. Most importantly she said - “we’ll take a look at it though and see if all these items are actually needed.” TLDR - they saved me $200. They’ve definitely earned my business again!

The best auto service I have ever received. Seth and Abbey are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, my car was repaired quickly and affordably. I will never go to another mechanic after receiving such incredible service from Genuine Auto.
