Recently had my car breakdown at night. Had it towed to this garage and they didn’t get upset I left it there all night. First thing in the morning they got to fixing it and were amazing about the whole thing. Confirmed pricing with me throughout the repair and gave me a very fair price. Will definitely be coming back for more work in the future.

We were passing through Vegas on the 15 and the car started to feel weird, like we had a flat tire. We pulled off and the tires weren't flat. Uh oh. We looked online and saw Genuine Auto 1.2 miles away with a 5 star rating so we drove there. They immediately saw that the tires were too worn and were about to split. They replaced the tires and we were back on the road 2 hours later. They deserve the 5 stars. They were polite, honest, and very professional. If I lived in Vegas I would always bring my cars here.

Had someone do a diagnostic check befofe I brought it in after check engine light came on and told him that and he waived the diagnostic fee. Quoted me an estimated price and when the part ended up being something cheaper he lowered the price for me as well. Honestly trustworthy and hard working people

I think this shop is making their own reviews. I stopped into this shop first thing in the morning last firday. The car was acting up and I'd barely rolled into town late the night before. I picked this shop because I had read a review from 3 weeks earlier of other people they had done well. They kept the car for the ENTIRE day saying it took that long to.simply run a diagnostic. They "said" it was just the battery. I am.handicapped and currently walking with a cane at the moment and was obviously in trouble. Theses people charges me 406 for an oil change a diagnostic and a battery and told me I'd be fine to get back home to LA.I made it about 10 miles over the California border and the transmission went completely bad and left me stranded in the Mojave desert. A shop that has any clue at v all should have been able to tell a transmission from a battery. These people are crooks that don't actually care what position they leave people in as long as they sink them for all they have. I was handicapped and low on funds....and they took full advantage of me.

My husband and I have an almost 20 year old SUV, and it is at a place where it needs work to be maintained. This was our first time working with Genuine Auto, and it was a fantastic experience! We needed some work done on our transmission, some sensors replaced, and an oil change. Jose took care of all it, including cleaning up and tightening things another mechanic shop did not do. He even fixed our hood so it opens and closes properly. All for less than another shop quoted us just to repair the transmission. We are thankful, and would recommend if you need car work done. Ask for Jose B.!

This is THE place to go. Their super talented, fair priced, take reasonable amount of time and put the customer first. A great family owned business that should be your first call for your vehicle needs. They installed a set of air suspension bags on my truck and it looks factory. I highly highly recommend them.

I was very happy they got me to pass smog. They had to change a fuel pump that was broke causing the truck to smell like gas . Feel a lot safer now

My family and I were traveling home from a ski trip, still 4-5 hours of driving to go and our Ford truck started misfiring. We called at least 3 local Ford dealerships and all of them said they would not take a walk in to help us. We finally settled on Genuine Auto services and, WOW, they couldn't have been more kind and welcoming. And, they looked at our problem within a very short time of arriving and we were out of there in under 2 hours with the problem completely fixed for a typical maintenance charge. We couldn't be more thankful. This kind of service and integrity seems unheard of today. THANK YOU Genuine Auto Services.

Bought my car in to replace starter as it was going out. Did a walk in, left car there about two hours. Receptionist was very kind and out going, the mechanic showed me the old started and dirty air filter they replaced. Cost was very reasonable .would recommend this place if anyone have any car problems. Would give it more stars if I could

Jesse made sure I understood the time required and gave me a likely cost breakdown when making the appointment. Written cost estimate as expected. He showed me the AC compressor leak. His supplier had the compressor so they stayed late to get me the car same day. He kept me updated and they offered me drinks. Complementary engine cleaning. Friendly employees. A+

My car had overheated twice I took it to them, as I had before. The claimed to fix it, also said I needed a new water pump and timing belt and the brakes redone--$1800 to take care of all of that. Two weeks later, the car overheats after being driven for an hour. I let it cool take it back to them. Now they tell me my car overheats whenever it's driven over a certain speed and it cannot be fixed. Why they couldn't figure that out before I spent $1800, I do not know. So, I pick up car, figuring I can baby it along for a few more weeks as it has been fine until you go a certain speed. Car barely makes it 2 miles at 20 mph before overheating. So not only did they charge me $1800 for pointless repairs, it also came back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. So, you might get your car fixed, you might not....

Very honest and nice people here. They gave me an estimate of the cost to fix my car (to my surprise, a lot less than other places) and they made sure we understand everything about what needs to be fixed and the amount of time it might take. I’d definitely recommend this place.
