David was thorough checking damages. His courtesy and explanations were much appreciated. They vacuumed and washed the vehicle upon completion. Updates were provided as I believe they also kept insurance updated. I am happy with the services provided by Gerber. Thank you, Gordon

Randomly canceled my repair after waiting 3 weeks they didn’t even attempt to call and blamed insurance but when I called my insurance they said Gerber canceled for no reason. Don’t recommend terrible communication

Had hail damage on my truck worth a little over 11k. It was a huge repair in which Gerber had issues ordering parts in accordance with Insurance but they were able to get the right parts as fast as they could. The repair took about 2 months and Dave was able to give me a discount and allowed me to take the truck back while more parts were on the way. Upon picking up the truck, there were a few noticeable dents on the passenger side which turned out to not be related to hail damage. Despite this, Dave brought someone in to have them taken care of. The customer service is great despite dealing with difficult situations whether it be ordering parts or details that customers may not be aware of.

Recently took my car to another shop to repair after this shop did repairs previously. All of the repairs had started rusting including the frame rail repair. I had tire wear and the GM told me I was just corning too hard, lol. It was torn control arm bushings. Probably going to have to go back to Gerber because my fender is rusting and the paint is chipping off. I bet that will be my fault too.

Dave and his team took good care of me. Had to return after a hail damage repair to their shop and they didn't bat an eye. Replaced some damage trim, no arguments and no additional charges. Very pleased.

What a relief. Working with Gerber was a seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Nobody looks forward to required vehicle repairs, but this group of professionals made it worth the time. They provided excellent customer service with updates throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision as well as David Gola to anyone needing collision repairs.

First let me start by saying I recognize that I’m a little stressed due to my insurance but this is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I called Gerber on Monday 12/11 after my accident as I was being towed to make sure they knew my car was on its way. After talking to David he assured me that my car would be taken care of and detailed and be good as new, I just needed to be patient. He told me it would be a couple weeks to even look at it but USAA sped up the process and by Friday 12/15 I was told my car was totaled. Due to them being closed on the weekend I wasn’t able to get my belongings until Monday morning 12/18. I showed up a little upset that my first car that has an emotional tie was deemed a total loss when the damage was a shattered windshield and a sensor. Putting everything aside I went inside to ask for help getting my plates off and to talk to David. I tried to explain to David how I was a little about the promises at the beginning AND that I walked up to my car sitting outside with the windshield taken off, and all of my stuff left in the open to the elements. I would have appreciated if they put my belongings in the trunk or a bag or something. He rudely told me my car had been inside all weekend and swore on the bible. I explained that I didn’t know that walking up to my car and very rudely and aggressively took 2 steps toward me causing me to take 2 steps back and before I could express any more concerns he told me that ‘if he swore on the bible and I still don’t believe him then I can just go and have a good day’. I don’t understand why or how things escalated so quickly, but I sincerely hope you have the day you deserve David and thank you for nothing.

**response to Gerber** As you know, Google won't let me reply to your false comment. You just posted a 100% lie. I have the phone records to prove you have not attempted to call me after hanging up. You have called me before, so you have the correct contact information. You are attempting to save face by posting that comment, when you have absolutely no intention of contacting me or correcting your error. Strong DO NOT RECOMMEND After taking my car in for an estimate and was told they would call back the next day- a month later I was able to get ahold of someone. Gerber refused to work on my car saying it was "over threshold" for USAA. When I asked what the estimate was, it was $3000 lower ($4000 more than USAA'S estimate) than the totaled value of the car ($11.9 used car). The representative said they won't repair it if it's over 75%. I said in Colorado the insurance threshold is 100%. He said he won't get involved and hung up.

How do I give ten stars when google only allows 5 My sunroof got stuck in open position, and at first they were thinking they would have to refer me to the dealer. But their techs were tenacious, and stuck with it and got the window closed and sealed. No appointment, they just took the time to solve the immediate problem

I previously gave a 5 star and recommended Gerber for body work, however after having my car for a few days, I’m changing my review because of 1) Edith, the receptionist, who failed to notify the rental company that my rental had been returned. The result was a $363 charge and a phone call asking me to return the vehicle; and 2) because when I pick up a vehicle, I shouldn’t have to return to have them pop things back in place. I’ve spent 2+ hrs this morning trying to get both of these issues from their carelessness taken care of. Enterprise said Gerber failed to return other customers’ rentals also. They did a fine job repairing my car after it was wrecked and David was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and patient with me when I wanted to see exactly what they were doing and wanted to know why it would take so long. He explained the process and that safety was their number one concern. Overall good work and they finished the job ahead of schedule. And they detailed my car as well. It smells like a new car.

They made my car look brand new! On top of that, my car was fully detailed when I picked it up. They replaced my windshield, and when they were calibrating it, it got a rock chip, so they even ate the cost to replace the brand new windshield they had installed. They really did a phenomenal job on the bodywork, and I would highly recommend them!

This body shop is wonderful from the person at the front desk to the estimator, and the people who do the bodywork and paint. Every step of the way it was easy; the people were pleasant and kept me informed of what was going on. My car looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier! You will not be disappointed with the work that this Gerber collision shop does!

VEHICLE: HYUNDAI SONATA SPORT 2.0T My insurance had me scheduled for 2 different places. We walked into Gerber (MARK DABLING LOCATION) and was immediately greeted. I forget her name, but she was so sweet! We walked in on a Friday & they were just about closing, but they were kind enough to take in my car in. They initially were just supposed to do the body repair. But they said "WE CAN DO IT ALL, GLASS TOO". So we cancelled our appointment with the other company and did it all with Gerber. KNOWLEDGEABLE ••• I had both Glass & Collision/Auto Repair. We had to sign paperwork & the sweet lady answered all of my questions! I felt she saw I was hesitant & overwhelmed, so she gave me time to read through and answered every. single. question-- with no attitude, but a smile on her face. Dave walked outside with my husband & was very thorough when he took his report on the issues with our car. I walked in this building, frustrated with the whole situation of my car break-in. I walked out calmed, reassured, and felt like I was taken care of. They also communicated with our insurance, so we were all informed and on the same page. COMMUNICATION ••• The sweet lady verified our information (email/ph. number) for the sole purpose of communication. Every Tues/Thurs, they shoot you a text to give you an update. It's kinda like Dominoes, they have a "Repair Status" tracker. But you can also call in for an update! They tell you which stationed it's moved from and what was completed. The estimated tracking for pick-up is what the computer generates. Depending on the hours of labor, it'll generate a time frame for pick-up. The insurance told us our rental ended on the 18th but my car was supposedly to be finished on the 25th. I called & Dave explained and made it all better with his great communication skills and accurate information. AFTERMATH ••• There were 2 issues I found on my car; obviously I don't blame this excellent team for the issues. They fixed what was needed to be fixed and done more for her. My seat was loose, but ain't nothing but a bolt & BOOM seat secured. I feel like I lost the bolt though-- keep in mind it was 2 weeks since I last sat in my car. & little glass pieces from my shattered window. They got the majority of it, but I'm a bit OCD so I saw the smaller ones. Vaccuum did the trick for that. Again no finger pointing here, just giving an honest review. We were gonna return the rental but they told us we could leave it with them & they'll take care of it for us. Saved us gas & a trip to Enterprise, hehe. I intend to keep a relationship with this company. Not only do they love their job, but they keep that same energy when fixing your car. OH! THEY EVEN PUT THE TINT BACK to match the rest of the vehicle. I was told they didn't do that work, BUT WHAT HAPPENED? They mfn pulled through and did that. If you had any issues with this location & the wonderful family/staff they have, then maybe it was a miscommunication. I've seen reviews of this place & EVERYONE loved their time there & I can say the same! Thank you so much STORE 4401 family for my car! She is SLAYING once again.

After having a few negative experiences with other body shops around town, I was referred to Gerber Collision and my experience far exceeded my expectations!! The people are genuine, they were extremely easy to work with, and the communication throughout the entire process of my repair work was clear and concise!! Best of all, their quality of work is exceptional and my vehicle looks brand new after the work Gerber completed!! I hope I don't need body work for a long time, but if I do, I will definitely go back and I will refer all my friends and family to this location.
