Took my car for an estimate on Friday Nov 8th and Monica helped me to get the pictures of the damage, they told me they will submit the paperwork and by Monday or Tuesday should be hearing back from the insurance. Called following Tuesday, and the Luke told me there was nothing under my name and he will need to call me back. I called him back an hour after we hanged up, and I was told there was two claims from different insurance companies and nothing was being submitted because they needed (never let me know about this until I called them), then I told him the insurance company it should be under and he said he will submit it. A day or two later after I was told it has been submitted I called to check in and Monica answered the phone this time and she told me there was nothing under my name/car (again, after being told it was “submitted”). Turns out she was the manager and she was able to spoke with the gentleman, and again I was told they couldn’t moved forward because there was two companies (when I had already specified the insurance company it should be under) and it was finally being submitted (got confirmation and a copy of estimate). Booked the appointment to bring it in on a Monday I was told three days on the estimate and when I dropped it off it turned to 7 days because of the holiday. I called the following Monday and first, I was given the wrong information. I was told my car was ready, turns out Trisha confused my car with someone else’s and my car wasn’t actually ready. They told me it was going to take until Thursday to have it ready. On Wednesday my car was finally ready! I had to find out from my husband since they didn’t call me directly, although my number is the main contact number. This place lacks attention to detail, has poor communication skills and overall offers a very poor experience for the customer. However they do a good job repairing the car and color matching the exterior, so I have to give them credit for that.

The service is so friendly and accommodating here. From what I see online and on their walls it looks like they’re also a good employer. I used Gerber because it contracts with the insurance the person who hit me has, but I’ll come back if I need something on my own one day (hope I won’t)!

Front fender was replaced. My insurance arranged for us to take our car there for accident repairs. It took almost 3 weeks for them to replace the front fender. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the fender did not align. I took a closer look and saw that it was actually dented. Really disappointing that they didn't inspect their work. I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. I was told it should only take 10 to 20 minutes so I made an appointment to get it fixed and not have to waste more time. When I showed up for my appointment, they had no idea why I was here. After waiting over an hour they told us the replaced part had a dent so they have to order a new part. We now have to come back next week to get it fixed again. They were apologetic but they should have inspected their work in first place.

Gave me an estimate but never responded to my follow up questions. So I went with another body shop for my repairs. Both estimates were very close in price. Dear Owner thanks for your reply. I cant express how impressed I was with the customer service and craftman ship with Gerber Collision! I brought my wife's car there last week to get fixed. They set me up the rental car That was brought there Within 5 minutes of my arrival. The work done on the car was great and done in record time! Upon returning the rental car my wife forgot her bag in the trunk of the car.. Gerber auto went above and beyond to make sure that the bag was returned to my wife in a timely fashion! So impressed with this service!

My first time using Gerber Collision and it has been the best experience I have had when getting my vehicle fixed. They kept me updated every step of the way via text and overall the work was outstanding. You would never think my car was in an accident. Highly recommend. Great service all around.

The receptionist and staff are very humerus people because they got all of my dad jokes. All of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous to us. What a wonderful business and the work is impeccable. We highly recommend that you have your collision repairs handled here.

The receptionist was polite. I checked out the 'batmobile' on display. Monica took pictures of damages to my car and I reviewed my issues with her on my car that was vandalized and she promptly called me the next day to ask why I gave a low review and that Gerber doesn't like to see low reviews and wanted me to change my review and let me know the information was forwarded to my auto insurance. I explained not much attention was given to my car and I explained the overspray on my entire car and keying to my car. In the end Gerber said they could not paint the car or fix the keying by painting the car because of oxidation on my car and wanted me to file 2 separate claims. The oxidation had nothing to do with the claim. My car was keyed and had some type of paint or "overspray" all over the entire car and the windows. Gerber wouldn't even remove the paint from my windows. What would be the point to file two claims if Gerber isn't going to fix it. Gerber said they were unable to repair it to their satisfaction. What is this? Payback for a bad review?

Worst experience dealing with auto repair in my life! Took 4 months to complete a minor job, 3 months longer than initially scheduled then they returned us a car with cracked glass in the windshield! This ordeal resulted in us paying around $3k in rental car cost out of pocket which they refused to cover. Never support this business!

Been to this shop twice on 2 separate occasions and both times they have absolutely gone above & beyond! I waited a week after receiving the vehicle to post this review just to make sure the repairs on my vehicle held up. They've not only held up flawlessly yet I continue to receive compliments for how great the repairs look! The owner himself inspected, priced the estimates, and returned the vehicle to me. He's honest, personable, and clearly a hard worker who takes great pride in fixing your vehicle. The shop gave me the quickest updates and even finished my repairs earlier than expected. I really wouldn't choose any other place to have my vehicle repaired in the event of a collision. Expect your vehicle to look the cleanest it has ever been when you pick it up! Amazing service, easy drop off/pickup, absolutely flawless repairs!!! Thank you Gerber! I love this shop!!!
