I just don't understand why it is so hard for them to be nice. I have been spoken to extremely rude by 2 different women in two different locations. Obviously you don't need our business. Why? I never did anything to be spoken to like that. I don't care if you do a good job or not.

They had my car for more than 1 month because they said that that cant find a part, when they give me my car back the front windshield glass was broken and they told me that it was not they fall y that crack was not there. !!!! Super bad service Today, April 12 I would have preferred him not to call me. He didn't help me at all, he just called to give me excuses.

I had my car repaired after a hit and run in the mall parking lot. The work was done as expected and looks nice. However, at the dealer's for an oil change I found out they removed the battery and never reinstalled it properly. It is missing a bracket and several bolts. Very disappointed that they didn't pay attention to details.

I had the most amazing experience here. I had Daniel Casion helping me! I brought my vehicle in for some repairs. It took a little while for parts to come in and such but I was updated throughout the entire process, any and every question I had was throughly answered. I had no doubt in my mind I made a great decision! When I did come pick my vehicle up, it was cleaned and vacuumed!… it was also snowing really bad out and Daniel brushed my vehicle off for me which at 8 months pregnant, isn’t something you want to do haha. He and his whole team were absolutely amazing and so friendly. I was greeted at the front desk from both amazing ladies which helped make me feel much better. I have to say 10/10 customer service experience. My vehicle looked absolutely amazing! Better then when I dropped it off haha. Every little thing was repaired and it’s looking great! I’m overall super happy and satisfied with the repairs on the vehicle and the great team who helped me! Any future repairs, this is my go to place!

Efficient, thorough and courteous. Gerber repaired car after it was side swiped. The work looks like the car is brand new! They even detailed the inside and washed the exterior! I would highly recommend Gerber on Elmgrove Rd, Rochester for collision repair.

I brought my SUV to the Elmgrove location for some minor damage. Amazing customer service and high quality repairs! The staff was easy to work with and obtain a detailed quote. Scheduled repair appointment and everything was completed on time. Matched my paint perfectly! The staff kept me up-to-date with everything! Highly recommend the Elmgrove location!

All I have to say is A+++ service and communication, walked me through a very trying and stressful time after a bad accident. It took a while to get my daughter's car fixed but it was so worth it you would never know it was even damaged!! Thank you again Gerber!!

His warm, calm, patient, caring & friendly demeanor allowed me to feel safe & secure & comfortable while my vehicle was with their collision department. I had them perform some minor body work for my car recently. When my vehicle was done and I went to do the pick up, I could NOT find my car in the parking lot, where it should have been. We later found out. Someone (Very likely, one of their employees) stole my vehicle for the weekend and drove it over 200 miles (where they went and what they did, is still a mystery) Brought the vehicle back a mess. We called the police to report what happened, but no one was held accountable. (The cameras outside the business directed at the parking lot, has issues and are not operable) In addition to that, the repair done on the car was done terribly. They had to bring it back, and redo some of it. The way this situation was dealt with by Gerber Collision was unacceptable. I did not feel that anyone working their or management was sincere about what occurred, and I received Zero compensation for what happened, All I got was “I’m Sorry” I would NOT ever recommend, that your vehicle should be taken to any Gerber Collision locations, I will never do business with them again. I have done business at this location when they were NuLook Collision, and that was a much better experience than this. Its definitely not the same!

I had to have work done due to an accident. I was brought in the ship earlier than expected. The work was completed before my expected date. Chris was very professional and kept in great contact with me during the process. Answered all of my questions and concerns. The vehicle was very clean, cleaner than when i brought it in i didn't expect that and it was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place if you need any work done. Chris is my go to guy for any of my body work needs.

They did a great job on my husbands truck, I accidentally hit a post while trying to exit a parking garage. The truck looks fantastic very happy with the job they did on the truck. Would recommend them to anyone very professional with the handling of the vehicle

I picked my car up today 9/28/21, and it is so beautiful and looks amazing... I worked with Matt he was my insurance adjuster and he kept me posted every step of the way he was very kind and helpful in every way!!! Thank you so much Matt. However, the girls that are at the desk are very rude with no smile or thank you or no your welcome when I said thank you. So unprofessional.... they definitely need new receptionist that enjoy their jobs!!! Other than that my car is amazing Matt was so very awesome to me and I am very pleased with my car...

Nicholas did good job by communicating with me everyday for updates about my suv. He was very understanding what happened to my suv. My suv is fine but someone stole catalytic converters from under my suv. This place is must have on my list for whenever happens to my suv for future repairs! They are best and ensure check everything before final steps. When I came to pick up my suv and they did cleaned whole thing inside and washed my suv! Highly recommend to this place!
