Had brought my car for repairs last year and they did an amazing job! Customer service was excellent. Friendly and kid workers. This year had to bring my car back due to another car accident. Did not think twice on taking it elsewhere. Del Paso Rd shop is convenient, since shop is in the area I live. Body work on my car was great, like brand new. Shout out to repair crew. Fernando did an awesome job on getting everything that needed to be fixed, done in a timely manner. Kept in touch with any updates. Will totally recommend this shop to family and friends!!:)

Gerber was able to see my car on the same day of the accident and start work just 2 business days later. Tyi made sure to keep me informed, and they even finished a day early. I can't comment on their price compared to anywhere else, but they were on the list from my insurance co. The work was excellent!

I was on the freeway and I scraped the side of my car against the wall. The paint on my passenger side bumper and side mirror was scratched. My bumper was dented and my tire alignment was off. I couldn’t even straighten my steering wheel. My insurance recommended Gerber Collisin & Glass I was able to drive my car to the one closest to my house. The location on Del Paso. The service was A1 from the start. Staff was very friendly. They also finished my car within 2 weeks and Fernando stayed in contact with my the entire time to provide updates. The work was clean and I’m very happy with my car it’s like nothing happened.

My car was in an accident and I took it to Gerber Collision and Glass and they did an excellent job repairing the damage! The quality of the work was outstanding, and the car looks as good as new. Tyi, who helped me through the process, was professional, efficient, and kept me informed, making the experience hassle-free. The team at Gerber Collision provided excellent service. The gentlemen in the shop left my car as beautiful as when I purchased it. I especially appreciate Fernando, he provided timely status updates and patiently answered all of my questions. Crystal at the front desk was pleasant and courteous at each of our interactions during drop off and pick up. Eduardo from the intake process was also patient with me and addressed each of my concerns. Despite the emotional distress from the collision, this team provided a friendly and thorough service, thanks!

I had the best experience at this Gerber on Del Paso Rd. Tye made me feel at home by breaking the stressor of being in an accident. Fernando was very helpful in communicating how the whole process would work. My car was fixed and ready to go in just a few short days. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Del Paso Rd.

Tyi Lim handled my claim professionally and he was very customer focus. He assured me not worry about the work previously done and Gerber would standby their work.My issue was fixed with no problem. Tyi Lim made arrangements for a rental car for me with no charge. He reassured me if anything thing else surface regarding my claim to just bring my car back. Another bonus was Gerber told me to bring my car for a car wash instead of taking my car to an automatic car wash while my paint job is curing. Yes, I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

This shop used to be managed by another owner (allegedly) the shop was then called natomas auto body collision which coincidently I also had issues when I took my car here last time. Now “new management” and new name the problems continue. I was hit from the back in an accident. Pickup dates were pushed back because Gerber claims Audi sent them “faulty parts” After sitting in the shop for 3 weeks the day I pick up car immediately upon driving off lot I hear a weird metal scrapping noise but assumed it was the car ahead of me so I drive on freeway. Once getting off freeway the noise continued and got louder so I immediately call the shop and explain. From the gate they started to deny accountability. I bring my car in and explain that my car did not make that noise when I brought it in. They get management and advisor to test drive car, then had mechanic come and look at car from that point, they decided that the noise was coming from my brakes and blamed Audi claiming some part of my breaks were loose (mind you I’ve had these brakes done over a years ago and furthermore how do you make this call without taking my car into the shop, they literally kept my car parked at the curb while “deciding” this). After going back-and-forth I stopped interacting with them. I took my car to audi the next morning for a second opinion and audi found the real problem, my muffler (which was directly hit in the accident) which was squished/pinched due to impact. My question is, how can they charge my insurance for diagnosis on my car but never lifted my car up to see if any damage was done because had they done that they would have seen further issues. They assumed that since my car drove fine without any noises prior to repairs that all they had to do was repair obvious damage. The sole purpose of me leaving my car for them to strip is so they can do a full diagnosis, they charge insurance for this so this also points out more scam on their part. They are so confident and arrogant in their wrong that this lets me know they do this so much but pride comes before the fall! They claim they had no reason to believe there was damage under there . After AAA confirmed that to Gerber and expressed how it has caused other issues they did what they do best “deny accountability” there’s much more but I will leave it at this. Normally one would say be careful but I say stay away! This can easily happen to you fortunately mine happened immediately but what if it were something that down the line started to malfunction, I would possibly be out of a car or have to dish out thousands of dollars. Surprisingly they keep sending me emails/text messages to give a review so as requested here is my honest review!

Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Great job matching and blending the paint. They fixed the work that C&G auto body in Vacaville messed up, and they wouldn't honor the "lifetime guarantee." I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Gerber. Great job, people . The passenger front door had a crack in the middle where C&G used bondo. Gerber replaced the outside door panel like it should've been done in the first place.

2024. Opened a claim with insurance and they recommended me this shop. Fuel tank got vandalized so I had to get it replaced. They replaced the fuel tank and a bunch of check engine light came on. They gave me a call to give them a good review as soon as I left the shop. Took the car back to the shop and they didn’t even fix it. A bunch of emission problems and they just deleted the code like I didn’t know. Next day… check engine light came on again. I do not recommend this shop. They may sound professional but their work is not. Problem on the car is still not resolved. They never contacted us again.

This shop used to be Natomas Auto Body. I was a repeat customer there and was always happy with them. My first experience at this location as Gerber though has been not good at all. Back in June, I backed into a tree and did some minor damage to my car so I went to Natomas Auto Body to get an estimate. I finally decided I would go through with the repairs on my own and not go through insurance so on Monday, August 14th, I went into the shop to see that it has changed ownership to Gerber. I gave them my estimate from June but the gentleman at the front desk said they would have to enter everything into the new Gerber system but that someone would get back to me in a day or so. By Thursday of that week I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told that the person who would do this kind of thing has been out sick all week but that someone would get back to me when it was done. Fast forward to August 22nd and I decided to go into the shop again since I live in the area. I spoke with the same gentleman working the front desk and this time he says they are only working with people who go through their insurance and not pay out of pocket. Honestly, this makes no sense to me whatsoever, but this couldn't have been communicated to me when I initially brought my estimate in or when I called? I'm convinced that had I not gone into the shop again, no one would have ever contacted me about this at all. If the same techs that did the auto body work for Natomas Auto Body still work there, then they are solid techs that do good work, but based on my first experience there, the service at Gerber absolutely sucks. If you're looking for a body shop that provides service and solid work, look elsewhere.
