I just picked up my 2020 suburban and we are absolutely impressed with the work that was done to our vehicle. We were t-boned and the damage was pretty extensive. It looks brand new again! It was also finished a week ahead of schedule so we're able to return our rental car in early and get money credited to us back for that. Also, they called us every Tuesday and Thursday to give us updates even if there were no updates (still waiting to recieve parts order) . I thought that these updates were excellent customer service and what sets Gerber apart from other collision companies. Great job guys!

Don’t bother. So incredibly rude. I booked an appointment online and the scheduler called me talked down to me and treated me like an idiot. Wouldn’t use this place. Can’t imagine that they would do good work if they can’t even book an appointment properly with some level of customer service.

I had my car repaired here, the customer service is top notch! Christy and Grant are amazing as well as everyone in the shop. I won’t go anywhere else to have my car repaired. If you need a dependable company with excellent communication this is your place !!

Gerber Collision was amazing! I hit a deer right before Thanksgiving. Gerber was on the list of preferred collision companies that State Farm sent me! They had my car fixed in 3 weeks, always kept me updated on the progress, parts they were waiting on, etc. I felt like I had a brand new car when I picked it up! Thank you Gerber! I would definitely recommend.

My truck was returned today. Excellent job. They sent regular texts with updates on the status and completed the repairs sooner than estimated. All of the personnel I encountered were polite and professional. They even cleaned the interior! I’m very pleased.

If I could give no stars ... They have had my car for 2 months. I was told they were putting it back together last Friday. Now I am being told it isn't together and may not have it Friday. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Online, they offer free collision estimates but when you arrive for your appointment, they tell you to leave your vehicle and they'll repair and bill your insurance. We drove 45 minutes in to tulsa obit to be told at that time no free collision estimate.

Took awhile, but they remained in constant communication. Coordinated everything with the other driver’s insurance company. Looks like new. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. Added: No reason to apologize - some items are out of your control. Didn’t intend for that to be negative. Outstanding work!!

Took my car in for some minor body repairs after purchasing a used vehicle. They were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. Would highly recommend using them for whatever repair needs you have.

Unfortunately, I was involved in a vehicle accident with a deer running into my car driving down 71st. Luckily nobody was hurt, but the passenger side of my car was pretty damaged. I chose Gerber for the body work on my vehicle and after the initial $6,000 estimate they began work on my vehicle. They are very professional keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle every step of the way. They even finished my vehicle 5 days ahead of schedule. Going accident-free for years I had no knowledge of which body shop to choose after my accident, but convenience of location and hours I chose Gerber and I'm glad that I did. The quality of work is superb and when I picked my vehicle up you would have never known it had been in an accident. Thank you Gerber for turning a very stressful situation into a smooth pleasant process.

I completed the online request for an Estimate. Received an estimate back and when prompted to set an appointment for the repair I did. Went to take the care in for the repair only to find out that the estimate was way off (too low) and my appointment was for the repair, but the estimate and they have no time for a repair until end of August. Would not send anyone there. Bait and switch with the online estimates.

I came in for a free estimate and the ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. The men didn’t really even acknowledge me as they walked by a few times. I would recommend based on how the receptionist and how kind the lady who gave me my estimate was and her attention to detail. I wore a mask and no one else had one on but at the time there were only four people in offices and there was only me and one gentlemen in there as customers.

Managed, guided by old fashioned integrity: My 370Z front bumper crack repair job was changed to a completely new replacement part without a cost increase. Tommy said in my case it was the right thing to do. Gerber said what they'd do and did what they said. I give them a 10. My Nismo front end looks new.

The woman who answers the phones and does the payments through insurance and such, is phenomenal. She was so very patient when my insurance company was giving troubles, and very diligent in keeping in touch with me and getting things taken care of as quickly as she can. The whole company there in Sapulpa is great, but April is a GEM!!

poor customer service skills. My car was originally supposed to take 4 days to fix a week later and I still don’t have my car. My car was not done on the day they told my insurance it would be. My insurance company stoped covering my rental car because Gerber never called them to tell them it would take longer. Gerber keeps telling me they will call me with updates and a day goes by with no call I always have to call them to get any answers. I will never use them again! So frustrating. They are costing me more money every day Update: looks like I will be going back because my car had damage on it that was not there when I took it in.
