I stopped by without an appointment for a rear hatch repair. The estimator knew what she was doing. The receptionist was efficient. I was allowed to leave my car. Two days later the job was finished - one day sooner than the projected time. The work was flawless.

My vehicle was “sand blasted” by the December wind storm. Gerber bid a full repaint and glass replacement, with the exception of the back hatch. I decided to use their service based on the broad scope of their bid. I was told Safelite was going to be the glass replacement company used, but that was a lie. They used a much cheaper company and the windshield cracked with only minor rock chips just a week after picking up my vehicle. There were multiple - more than a dozen - runs in the paint, and 8 separate areas of debris in the paint. My window trim was damaged, bumper and grill misaligned and the speaker in my rear driver’ side door and the no key entry on the passenger front door were no longer working when the vehicle was returned to me. Overall, the paint was NOT smooth - there were several areas of ‘orange peel’, and it was obvious to anyone with one good eye, that the vehicle had been repainted poorly. All these things I found in about a 30 min walk around of my vehicle, but none of this was discovered over the 3 weeks they had it in their shop. When I returned it and walked the manager Eric through my problems, what I got were excuses and push back. He seemed to care less that the product his company delivered was of very poor quality, with a general lack of attention to detail. In short, he acted offended that I returned the vehicle and called them out on the poor quality of the work. They have the vehicle again to resolve the issues, but regardless of the outcome I will never recommend them or take another vehicle to them. Photos show a few of the issues, plus the lack of smooth finish of the paint.

I had my truck delivered to them after an accident. Took them a couple weeks to call me back to give me an update which I understood as it takes time. I was given a target completion date of 12/18. They called me that day to let me know parts they had on order hadn't arrived and it would be a few more days, which again I understood as this happens. Three days later they called me to tell me they were taking it to get aligned and had a few parts to put on but that it would be done the next day. The next day I had to call them to ask when I could pick it up, they told me it was completely done that they just needed to detail it and that I could come get it the NEXT day. Well they called me the NEXT day and told me the truck was damaged when they took it to get aligned and that they had to order parts yet again and that it would be another 2 weeks, still not finished with the story so hang in there. 2 weeks later they called me to let me know the truck was done, I picked it up and noticed right away that the truck pulled to the right and that the tire pressure monitor system was not working. I had to take the truck back again today (Jan 13th) for them to actually finish the job. The story on my truck changed three times and it wasn't finished when I picked up the truck. I am still waiting on them to complete their work, makes me wonder if I can even trust what they told me got done is actually done.

Work was done as promised, I was notified every other day of the progress. Almost delivered on time but thru no fault of theirs...(Supplier sent the wrong wiring harness). Would use them again. :)

Collision Works Did a great job with body work customer service friendly professional however I only gave 4 stars because part of their job was to have it completely repaired so for the mechanical part they took it to Ford Mel Hamilton which I requested and their guy Matthew in the service department put in the wrong Vin number and once inspected said everything was fine which was not true because a lot of things were not working right and the truck was brand new 2 months old right off the lot before the accident. So I had to take my truck from collision over to ford myself with a list of what specifically needed to be inspected and now it's being repaired possibly looking at about 6 grand. If you have Mel Hamilton forward fix your vehicle make sure they speak to Mike Mitchell he's the man that's getting stuff done right.

This CW staff on Maize Rd was the best. Hands down! I won’t go anywhere else if I have issues in the future. Their customer service is top notch and they truly treat you like family. Always keeping me in the loop on status of my vehicle and were there to answer any questions I ever had. Thank you again!!

What a great place to have your vehicle repaired. I could not believe how quick they made the repair, and a very quality repair as well. I then picked up my vehicle and it was spotless. They went above and beyond for me. Also the final repair was considerably lower than the estimate. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out like a detail shop would. Very impressed with this business and would recommend them to anyone. Top notch!!
