I cannot say enough great things about Gerber. . Friendly, trustworthy, and INCREDIBLE communication. I received regular texts updating me on the status of repairs. These folks took an unfortunate experience of my car getting damaged, and turned it into a very positive experience of getting it repaired.

My girlfriend brought her 2019 Nissan Sentra in to get the rear bumper replaced. Originally she was told it would be done a little later than she thought, which stressed her out, but you all went above and beyond to get it done the same week she brought it in. She loves that you also cleaned the inside and outside of the car and filled her tires up with air too. All I can say is, if I ever need body work done on my car, I'm going here. Thank you from the both of us!

My car sustained scuff and paint damage to its rear bumper and quarter panel while parked in a parking lot. I took my car to Gerber Collision on 3131 Ridge Road in Wichita to repair the damage, which was covered by the other driver’s insurance policy. The first repair attempt only took a few days, but missed an obvious extrusion mark on the new bumper cover and a small white scuff on the quarter panel from the collision. They agreed to repair the scuff and the extrusion. While repairing the scuff, they chipped paint on the quarter panel. These repairs took over a week (including Gerber waiting on the insurance company), extending into an international business trip. Gerber agreed to cover rental car costs that insurance wouldn’t, but I was still getting phone calls from the rental car company while I was working in Germany, days after Gerber agreed to cover the rental car. They were successful in repairing the scuff and the extrusion mark, and the repair is of good quality, despite a corner on the bumper cover being slightly misshapen. Despite being satisfied with the final repair, Gerber’s lack of quality control caused me considerable inconvenience, and I cannot recommend them.

From the start, I had a bad vibe. I was sent here by an insurance company for an estimate. This location first stated they could not help me, and sent me to another location. The second location informed me the first location was where I needed to be. The second location was very helpful in getting the first location to help me. After returning to the first location they took pictures and said they would get my estimate written up. The guy that took the pictures acted like he didn't want to do it. Needless to say, they didn't get to do my repairs.

The best experience ever. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, kept me up to date during the repairs with text and calls. Vehicle looks amazing. I highly recommend this location for your repairs. A++++

My wife had her vehicle repairs done at this facility. My one-star rating is not about how the car looks. It looked good, and even the paint job was amazing. However, whoever installed the parts caused serious damage to the radiator when they installed the front bumper. There were screws in places that didn't require any, which ultimately caused a hole in the radiator. Keep in mind that this SUV is only three years old.

I am so thankful that this was the first place my insurance company recommended. They were so kind when they did the initial walk around and estimate. I scheduled to bring my car back at a time that worked for me. The inside desk staff person was very kind and professional. My car was done quickly and it was done well. But beyond that, there were some places on the side of my car (far away from the bumper that I was there to have replaced) and THEY FIXED THOSE FLAWS WITHOUT CHARGING ME! Who does that anymore? It was such a delight to see that they saw something and just made it look better. When one gets in an accident, the hassle of getting body work done can be overwhelming. These folks were so kind, did excellent work, and went above and beyond what I paid for. I highly recommend. 💙

They did great work on my traverse!! I thought it would have been totaled, (15k in damage) the whole passenger side front to back was trashed from an accident. While it did take 2 months to repair the outcome was worth it! The best part is I payed nothing out of pocket and didn’t have to deal with the insurance company after I filed my claim 😊 Thank you thank you!!

Chad is awesome. His customer service is impeccable. The company promised my car on the 18th and yet got it done an entire week early. That's the way to do business. The work is flawless. I highly recommend this company.

Staff could do a better job with communication. The gentleman doing the repairs was great with communication but he wasn’t always my point of contact. Repairs were done to satisfaction. But when I picked up my car, I wasn’t greeted and told anything about my car. My car had signs and markings on the windshield along with black foot prints all over the inside of my car. So needless to say, I had to clean up after their mess. I wasn’t a very happy customer at that point and will not return based on my experience.

These guys are AMAZING!! Great customer service! Chad was awesome, he kept us informed about all the changes being made! $16,000 in damages after I wrecked it, but they made it look brand new again! And I got my car back a week earlier than expected! I will definitely recommend this place! Way to go guys, y’all the real MVPs!

Great place to get you vehicle fixed, they did awesome job, On the body work and was able get it done good manner. looks brand new never happened ! Shout out to Chad and Robby for the great service, i was able to know whats going on when i got calls for updates! Overall satisfy with the repair and will be coming back here again if needed or let others know about Gerber Collision.

Had a great experience. Had a little accident in my truck and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner that worked with my schedule. They also worked with me and was able to save me several thousands because I didn't need new parts on all of it. They even fixed some old damage that needed to be done, all at the same time. My truck is back to perfect condition and I am very happy. Will definitely be going back if I ever need to have a vehicle fixed or friends or family need something fixed also.

If I could give 0 stars I would, took car to shop for repair, once assembling back together they ran my mothers car into some tools, and started repairing before calling to notify her. Told her it was just a few scratches when it has a dent in the door and scratches.

The best customer service I've ever received. Quality work all around from the time I dropped it off (they had Enterprise meet me at the shop for a rental car) to when I picked it up. Great communication as the car was getting fixed and it was done early. I appreciated the friendly and helpful service and the quality work. Will only use Collision Works from now on.
