I ended up going with a different vendor, but not because of anything this business did. I needed repairs they couldn't provide at that location, but here is why I am giving them the 5 stars. Their front desk person was one of the most helpful, honest, and genuine people I have ever encountered. Due to how she dealt with the situation you better believe I will be going to this location if I ever do need work they perform. In today's corporate gouging and generally accepted insurance corruption, it was nice to deal with an honest person that actually was very interested in helping.

This location is awesome Brandon and Dana made the process extremely seamless, very informative, responsive, and answered all questions we asked no matter how big or small or how many calls we placed, they are so professional. Dana is the first encounter you will have and a pleasant one she is kind sweet and welcoming. Brandon is just awesome his wealth of knowledge with cars is the best given whatever situation you are in.

I cannot speak highly enough of this group of people. I have had 2 vehicles with major repairs here as well as my sisters truck. This is the dream shop to work with if you care about your vehicles as much as I do. Not only did they do an incredible job on the trucks but the customer service is too tier from the front desk to the detail crew A++ from me! Thank you guys again!

I didn't get work done here since insurance decided to total my car out, even though it wasn't a real totaled vehicle. I went with what the insurance said even though I should probably not have. I can say the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful!

I've been going there for decades. Both in Woodstock and other locations. They're always nice, helpful, and quick. The repairs are always problem free. I would definitely recommend them!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Nick and his team were absolutely awesome. Nick's professionalism was bar none. I'm beside myself on his work ethic. This Gerber team was fast, accurate, and precise. I'm so grateful for bringing my business to this location. They really knocked it out of the park. Even with all the issues going on with the motor company strikes, they did an amazing job keeping me up to date with progress. I highly recommend.

FIVE Stars!! Nick is PHENOMENAL! My vehicle was vandalized and the Gerber location I originally called couldn't get me in until the following week, I called the Woodstock location and Spoke with Nick who was able to take my vehicle the NEXT DAY and had my truck back to me before the other shop would have even been able to take me in....QUALITY Work, Quick Turnaround & Exceptional Customer Service...I highly highly HIGHLY Recommend!!

The entire team was awesome. In less than 24 hours my car was finish! They communicated with me the entire time my car was there. I was upset my car got hit but they made the entire experience awesome. I'm new to Illinois and this was the first business I had dealings with, if this is a reflection of the amazing customer service all businesses have here I am happy. I believe Jason was one of the gentleman's names and the other gentleman I can't remember but they were both awesome. Thanks From Stacy

Hands-down, highly recommend, nick, and his entire team were above and beyond amazing from the minute I made the phone call to the minute I picked up my car, And they only kept my car overnight, so it was quick efficient and my car looks brand new five stars all the way!
