Incredibly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and has no respect for anyone’s property. The receptionists have no idea how to do business… nor do the techs there know anything about cars or how to work on them.

Spent a ton of money just to get from caraway Rd. To parker and had to take the car back. Still ended up leaving with my car not fixed. Somehow the problem I have wasn't diagnosed when it was hooked up to the machine something that I paid for. It wasn't found out until after I took the car back. So I'm not happy about the service. But let them tell me they checked it out. I was told they drive them 5-10 miles before letting the cars go well from Caraway to Parker Rd ain't even 3 miles and my car has to be taken back because the same check engine light came back on. They made the excuses that they were only concerned about it running hot. But if I have the same lights on the dash how can I be sure it was even running hot. Be careful dealing with them. My car bmw 7 series. I was never informed to bring my car back. I was just told to take it somewhere else to get a spark plug or coil changed out. I feel like if I brought in in to be fixed that means fix it just not the expensive things.

Super friendly service. I didn’t know this place even existed until today. I needed a service warning light cleared and happened to see this place while driving by. I just pulled in and they took care of it for me. FOR FREE! They were also able to answer a few questions about my 2016 VW Touareg. I will definitely be back!

Took my 06 MINI Cooper in because the A/C blower had stopped working. They diagnosed it to be a bad blower motor, replaced it and it still didn’t work so I was told that the blower switch resistor needed replacing also. After it was replaced the blower motor still didn’t work so they suggested an additional diagnostic procedure for an additional charge and determined that the fuse panel was the problem. They were just guessing and changing parts. $3000 dollars later the blower motor works but the fresh air recirculation actuator no longer works properly. I could have gotten that kind of service from a guy under a shade tree!! I will never be back!!

German Tech is my go to place for oil changes. On my BMW they do a good job and a good job on Inspecting my car. they even take pictures to show you what's going on if there is a issue with something. If you have a foreign car or any other car, a highly recommend German Auto tech.

I had my Check Engine Light come on for my VW GTI, some time ago and needed to get it checked. Unfortunately it was a pretty big fix that needed to be done. German Auto Tech scheduled me for an appointment to bring my car in and they were great with communicating what they found and what my options were. They fixed it and also scheduled me for another day to fix the rest of the issues that they couldn't do until the parts came in. The car ran great when I picked it up, but the Check Engine Light came back as I was getting home. I called them and let them know, they told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Turns out the new replacement part that they installed was a bad part, so they replaced that with a new one at no cost. Thanks, German Auto Tech!

Staff was friendly enough and I’m sure they’re experienced and educated, would not use them for minor repairs though. They’re OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced, something engine or transmission related I’m sure they would be the route to go around here. Quoted me $2300 to replace a driver side CV axle, I got the part myself from autozone for $178 and a guy at Broken Spoke in Paragould installed for $90 bucks.
