The owner is honest and kind. Initially, I hesitated to bring my old 98 Toyota Camry to a shop that specializes in European cars, but I'm glad I did. I had the engine lights on and consulted a couple of repair shops. Some quoted me more than my old car's market price, while others offered cheaper prices but couldn't fully fix the issue. The engine light came back on shortly after. I was losing hope, but the owner of this shop saved my car without breaking my bank account. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price, and my car has been running smoothly ever since.

Bill does the job correctly the first time and will give you a very fair price. Some mechanics will tell you that you need work that absolutely does not need to be done, or that you need to do maintenance that is not near due to be done. If he tells you your brakes need to be done, he’ll tell you how many miles you have left before it absolutely needs to be done. He’s not gonna upsell you for pouring some fuel additive into your car. If you need some kind of additive or could benefit from it then he will just tell you what fuel additive to buy and to port it into your gas tank. Honest work from an honest man.

Just called over the phone and they saved me from wasting my money and explained everything I need to do and the process and took their time with me so patiently even while busy. The most reliable, honest and technically confident mechanic ever. I had my Mercedes S500, Audi Q7 and Porsche 911 serviced here for over 10 years. If you want half the price and half the time of what dealers take, this is the place. This place provides the same level of quality service of the dealers.

Where have you been all my life, Bill? I had an Audi SUV I wasn’t enjoying at all. Bill took care of things in a day which my previous mechanic had struggled with for a year. I don’t think the previous guy actually did the work. German Auto Tech did however and for less than quoted. Definitely feel better about my vehicle now

Bill is awesome. Quiet and reserved but went all out when I needed help with my Audi. He was my second opinion. First mechanic quoted me a $1600 job, turned out that wasn’t the issue. Bill quoted me $1200 fixed the issue plus informed me with some things to look out for and fixed it for less than quoted. $1000. I will definitely return with all my car’ issues.

Billy and Bennie are the best. I stopped in out of the blue with a VW I had just bought and they got me right in and checked everything out while I waited. I took it back a year later for some engine work and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed correctly.

This garage is my neighbour. Tried to talk to them about an issue with my BMW and the guy was really rude and said he couldn’t help me, wouldn’t even listen to what I was trying to tell him. Won’t bother going here again, despite having german cars and wanting to bring my business to my neighbour. Not worth the hassle
