Update 11/15/24 Took my 2021 GLE350 in for service A. Location has moved since my prior visit, but the service and people are the same. Marty is excellent and his staff are all super polite and willing to help. Service was completed quickly and the prices are great--especially compared to what the dealership would charge for the oil change and basic inspection. ************************ Took my Mercedes-Benz CLS in for "Service A" (oil change and inspection checks) and the process could not have been easier. Appointment was set for the day after I called, so super quick, and they were done about 2-3 hours later. Pricing was comparable to other shops capable of completing "Service A" requirements. Owner was very personable, taking the time to ask questions and followed up with me afterward to ensure everything was good...hell, the MB dealership doesn't even do that!! As an added touch, my receipt had PICTURES OF THE INSPECTION...how cool is that?! I know that some people may be hesitant because the location is hidden and small, but the service is legit and the shop is professional and clean. Thanks again, will definitely bring my other MB vehicles to you in the future.

I can’t recommend German Drive enough. This is a good respectable business that cares about the customer and doing you right, and not about money. Marty and his entire team have been nothing short of amazing. They did work on my 2007 Volvo s40 and fixed it all up. It drove like an absolute dream until it wasn’t good anymore due to damage from age. I will definitely be back with any future needs. Thank you Marty and German Drive for everything!

Took a 718 Porsche Cayman in for a pre purchase inspection. Owner took the time to go through the whole car with me. Showed me the shop and just talked cars with me for 15 minutes. Can’t tell you how great this place is. Legitimately told me nothing is wrong with the car and when I asked if I needed a coolant flush or anything else maintained he told me not for at least 5k miles. When is the last time a mechanic told you that your car didn’t need anything? As long as this place is open I will bring every German car I own here. Highly recommended. Family business. Amazing experience.

We take all our vehicles to German Drive, the ladies up front are delightful and professional. Marty is a stand up owner, great guy and they don’t come any more honest. My daughters C250 has had its share of electrical issues and German drive has fixed them all. We recently had a fuel gauge quit working and my daughter was on the east coast. I called Marty and he said he would file a claim and let him know what shop it was at. Wow, he was right there to make sure it was taken care of even being 1300 miles away. Problem solved and knowing German drives stand behind their work even when the vehicle is out of state. Thank you Marty for always doing what needs to be done…

I had a great experience at German Drive. My Porsche Macan S is 4 years old and only has a little over 4,000 miles on it. I treat it unbelievably well. And it’s had all its service done by the dealer. But, my Nephew had great experiences with German drive on both his BMW and his Audi. He told me about those positive experiences and how much money he saved over the dealers. Then he told me about Marty’s investment in all the equipment to do it right. I took my Mercedes here bc my car wouldn’t start. They got it done less than a week. Now my car is running good as new. I really recommend this place. I’ll bring my car back for them anytime for service. Marty and Melea took great care of us.

Very disappointed of the jobs performance. I was told one thing, paid to get it fix. Wasn't fix, paid it again to fix same issue. Was told something else's. Paid again to fix the same issue. After 4 months and $5700 later. They want another $2200 to fixed something that wasn't installed correctly and wasn't the original issue. Blamed it on the shop before that, who installed new OEM parts! Took it back to the original shop and found out it was installed wrong by German Auto. It's always someone else's faults. But the issue here is that, the new issue wasn't there when I bought the car in. You bring it in for one thing. End up repairing 3 other issues came from the poorly mechanic carelessness! I hope the owners read this and take accountability and stop charging customers for their mechanics incompetent! $5700 for labors and $1500 for parts. Now to repair their mistakes will cost me $1200 more! Almost 10k for the original quoted 5k! Should have taken the car to the dealership to begin with.
