In addition to my first review below, I recently used German Drive's services and again I left there a satisfied customer. Thank you German Drive employees! --- First Review below -- From my initial call with German Drive I was given a date to bring my BMW for a diagnostic within 2 days. They provided a nice and clean waiting area with water, snacks and coffee available that made my waiting time comfortable. When the diagnostic was completed Marty showed me photos of the issues they found and explained clearly what needed to be done. I was quoted a reasonable price to repair my vehicle. Now my car runs great. I highly recommend German Drive for your auto repairs and I will definitely use them for future services that I may need done to my BMW.

For the past 5 years I have been bringing three generations of BMWs to German drive. I've worked with Martin on multiple occasions and even one time had something totally unexpected happen where an arm broke during an airbag replacement mint. Martin worked with me very closely let me into the back of the shop and see my car and more. Today he knows my family I've met some of his and we shared many stories. This is a great place to bring your car, he'll always try to give you the honest response answer the phone and the time of day. As well he's also got some crazy stories. Thank you German drive for all your help looking forward to keeping my cars running for the next decade with you guys. I hope y'all stay in business because I know I'm giving you a lot!

I took our Porsche Cayenne to German Drive for brake work. The team was helpful and transparent and performed a free diagnostic. After determining the rear brakes were due for new pads/rotors, they completed the work in a timely and cost effective manner. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to take my German-manufactured autos here in the future.

This place is a scam. They kept my car for over a month telling me they couldn’t find the right part and during that time, they reported my car was involved in an accident when it wasn’t! That’s INSURANCE FRAUD. They also never changed my oil as reported and the same with my wife’s vehicle. Look up their BBB reports..

Great place to service VW vehicles. They were very quick to diagnose and repair my car, less than 1 hr, no appointment. The staff were very attentive and provided a clear explanation of their findings and repairs needed and their cost. Definitely my new go to place.

Went to German Drive with the diagnostic already done So i knew the problem. One of the sensors needed to be replace .So they did. 3 days later same problem occur . To make sure took the car for diagnostic & that confirm that the same sensor was not working Cost me $640.00 to change $140 sensor At this point took my car to the dealership & everything was fix for free because was under warranty German Drive would not tell U that They did offer to look at my car again But at this point I would not go there.

I had an unexpected repair need the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they were able to get my car back to me the next day! My husband and I have brought my car here a couple of times and the services is amazing each visit.

Update 11/15/24 Took my 2021 GLE350 in for service A. Location has moved since my prior visit, but the service and people are the same. Marty is excellent and his staff are all super polite and willing to help. Service was completed quickly and the prices are great--especially compared to what the dealership would charge for the oil change and basic inspection. ************************ Took my Mercedes-Benz CLS in for "Service A" (oil change and inspection checks) and the process could not have been easier. Appointment was set for the day after I called, so super quick, and they were done about 2-3 hours later. Pricing was comparable to other shops capable of completing "Service A" requirements. Owner was very personable, taking the time to ask questions and followed up with me afterward to ensure everything was good...hell, the MB dealership doesn't even do that!! As an added touch, my receipt had PICTURES OF THE INSPECTION...how cool is that?! I know that some people may be hesitant because the location is hidden and small, but the service is legit and the shop is professional and clean. Thanks again, will definitely bring my other MB vehicles to you in the future.

Took my Audi S4 in to German Drive for a steering rack issue and they were able to have it back to me in 2 days. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get serviced. Quick, friendly, and great communication.
